It was spacious and clean. The bathroom had hair dryers and shampoo. The terrace was fabulous! The caffe was great and the staff took good care of us.

Had laundry machine but broken with black, gross water just wished was advised to not use or turn it on (add a sign: "do not use") because lost all power in apartment so needed OK Bar staff to turn on power again. Heat did not work. Tiny shower in large bathroom space but it did have good water pressure.

OK bar staff were excellent and very helpful to register and get keys; provided a person to walk you to the apartment about 4 blocks away. Breakfast included is at this bar every morning, again great, friendly staff (apartment manager cannot speak English but others happy to assist you). Quiet location and there is an amazing outdoor patio with trellis (wonderful to use if it is warm outside).

I already had a bad experience from the past in Florence: beutiful photos on the site (booking) with good reviews and then we found ourselves in a completly different place which was ugly and old.. so I was a bit scared because this seemed too good to be true;) Then a lovely surprise: the apartmant was excellent! Clean and spacious rooms very close to the Dome. Owners and their collegues were so helpful and gentle, breakfast was unexpectedly abundant - and not only a "coffee and cornetto". We can recommend their restaurant too, the food was delicious and visually satisfying there. Can't wait to go back to Florence and I'm sure I would book this apartmant again:)

The location was great, a stone's throw away from Accademia Gallery. We really liked the vibe of the apartment. Just how we imagined a typical italian home could be like. The free breakfast from the next door restaurant, was such a bonus with the friendly staff that assisted us.

Check in is in restaurant close to the apartment and nobody is telling you that so you are looking and looking and don’t know what happens

No elevator (there is one but you are not allowed to use it). A/c only in the hallway, you have to leave it on the whole day to feel comfortable. No bathroom toiletries (soap but no shower gel or shampoo). The apartment was clean but the walls are really dirty.

Location is ideal! Close to all major attractions. The rate was fare, value for money compared to other apartments. Spacious, clean, two bathrooms, kitchen with huge oven to cook for the whole family. They serve breakfast just around the corner and there is a private parking (30 euros per day) very close to the apartment. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Quiet although in the city centre.

If I had known how awesome this apartment was I would have booked more nights. Just a short walk from the published address at L'Osteria dell OK Bar (****) - it's where we pick up keys and enjoyed our continental breakfast. Accademia Studio is in a great location and central to all of historic Florence. The "artist" apartment is comfortable, simple, clean, and spacious and it has your own private trellised terrace! I felt like I was staying in a vintage apartment straight out of Italian New Wave Cinema. It had so much character and vibe in the best possible way! I could live here. The hosts Paolo, Cristina, and Az are "il migliore" (the best) I highly recommend for the price.

This apartment surpassed our expectations! It was spacious and yet cozy. A beautiful, comfortable bed, huge shower, sweet little kitchen complete with table and chairs, comfy furniture in the living room and an enormous terrace, surrounded by plants and flowers. The owner owns the bar/restaurant where we picked up our keys and ate breakfast every morning. We actually ate all our meals there… they serve wonderful food! We were only there for 2 nights and had a lot of errands to run in the city; we would love to return for a week to be able to have more time to enjoy the apartment!

Amazing location. Close to all the attractions. Christina was very friendly and very accommodating as well as other staff. We had dinner at the bar as well and we did try the famous bistecca and it was so good. Breakfast at the bar was also excellent. Try their pistachio croissant - it is sooooo good :). Would highly recommend.
