Beautiful and most comfortable room, quiet, with a beautiful view of green fields, 5 minutes drive to Venice airport, 15 minutes drive to Venice. Very hospitable and helpful owner. Wonderful stay. Great breakfast with delicious coffee. Perfect.

While the staff didn’t speak a lot of English, this did not negatively impact our stay, and we got along with Google translate.

This was a perfect oasis for us to end our trip and be close to the airport for our early morning flight. Operated by lovely staff who picked us off and dropped us off at the airport, we thorough enjoyed the ease of being outside of the hard to navigate city of Venice and a short distance to the airport.

Nice and modern with pretty paintings on the walls. Good view of mountains and agricultural land from the window. Rooms were warm and made every day. Bathroom and beds were comfortable and had a good sleep. Owner came to collect us from the airport even at the midnight arrival and also provided us free shuttle service. Thank you Roberto. 🙏

Although latest check-in was supposed to be at 9pm, due to a rescheduled flight we were not able to arrive until nearly midnight. Advised in advance, owner Roberto (and his lovely cats) stayed up to welcome us without complaint. The hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from Marco Polo airport which makes it very handy for Venice. Despite this, we did not suffer any aircraft noise issues so the hotel must not be on the flight path. Our room was stylishly decorated and very comfortable with a large en suite bathroom and views over fields to the mountains in the distance. There was plenty of parking. At breakfast, Roberto himself cheerfully cooked us up delicious eggs and bacon to go with the fully stocked continental buffet (+10 Euros). A bus route runs past the hotel and there is a nearby tram system so visiting Venice is easy, although we chose to drive across the causeway and park on Tronchetto Island - being January we had no problem finding a space. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found it very convenient for both visiting Venice and access to the airport. Grazie Roberto!

The owner of the hotel picked us up from the airport. The hotel is a 5 min drive from the airport. It was very scenic around the hotel and the hotel was very homey. The owner has a restaurant next to the hotel and the food there was excellent.

Lovely rooms and nice breakfast. Close to airport. Owner gave us a ride to the bus stop for easy access to Venice for the evening for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

we loved everything! Roberto the host is a delight and so accommodating to pick you up from airport and drive you to bus stop and give you recommendations. I loved the homey feel with the cats and dogs and the fields when you open your shutters. and yet the rooms are just the right mix of modern and homey. great location. bus to Venice is 20 minutes. also be sure to eat at on site restsurant…fantastic! hope to return!

I guess the only thing that was difficult was the gate they have that closes after 8 or 8:30. You have to put a code in to have the gate open.

Stayed one night to catch a plane in the morning. Very close to Marco Polo airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Did not have breakfast, but did have coffee. Great.

We waited longer for pick up as owner was stopped on the road. While this is unpleasant, we were not charged for transfer and we were able to have a superb dinner although we came late. Things happen to everyone. The difference is how people deal with it. I was tired and easily upset, However, owners of this property were really nice and have created a pleasant memory for us. They took full responsibility for being late on pick up although it was not their fault.

It is a lovely family run place with an amazing restaurant. Hospitality and italian food at its best. The place is spotless, surrounding lovely, restaurant amazing and atmosphere truly welcoming.

We chose this property for location, we had an early morning flight out of Venice and wanted to be close to Marco Polo airport. We were given a 4:30 am ride to the airport, he also gave us a ride to a restaurant as his was closed on Sunday. I enjoyed his cats and would definitely stay here again.

This is a family owned business and they take great pride in looking after their customers. It is perfectly situated for the airport and has convenient links by his to Venice at low cost by bus. The hotel would be perfect for an airport transfer or access to Venice. The owner is exceptionally kind and provided a free shuttle to the local bus stop as well as the airport at the time of our departure. Highly recommended.

The location is great for flying in and out of airport. Great shuttle service. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and it was wonderful. It is an older property, but worked well with price and location for our last night in Italy.

The restaurant isn’t part of the hotel there fore you cannot room charge and unless you book ahead little chance of a vacancy for dinner- food appeared excellent - restaurant is closed Sunday Monday so we didn’t get to try it. Language barrier both ways in restaurant was an issue

The facility is immaculate and the gentleman who runs it is very very obliging and friendly. Very close to Venice tourist hot spot - in fact 20mins Office cat escorted us I to the lift and to our room?? Cute cat

Everything was wonderful

We were picked up promptly at airport by Roberto in the van. The restaurant was closed that night so he took us to a wonderful local restaurant . I left my phone in the Van and was stressing about calling him to pick us up when he came back with my phone! He took us to the bus stop the next day to go into Venice and picked us up promptly when we called from the bus stop at the end of the day The hotel itself is wonderful -with an onsite restaurant where we ate the second night. Good food , service and we ate outside in the garden .- a true gem .
