We had spent the previous three days at a 5 star resort. Fabulous, historic place. Honestly, Hotel Al Terra Di Mare was as fabulous in it's own way---just not as historic! Our room at Hotel Al Terra Di Mare was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Impeccably clean. Staff was lovely and gracious. Complimentary breakfast was a delicious and sumptuous banquet. Our little balcony looked over incredible mountainsides and small villages. Best shower of our trip! I guess it is 4 star instead of 5 because it isn't a 500 year old villa. It's a very homey, charming hotel run by a caring family. Recommend!

Everything was great, probably the only negative being 2km out of town would be great to have light meals / antipasto available.

Great view! Piece and quite, but still well located. Convenient shuttle bus system, we were by car but didn’t bother to take it out at all. Pool and breakfast were excellent!

It would be nice to have the option to operate the air conditioning/heating in the room, not just from the reception area. The possibility of the evening meal would be something extra and nice, however the center of Levanto is not so far, so it is not a problem to visit some local restaurant. It would be nice if breakfast would include a better quality of local products like tomatoes, mozzarella, focaccia, etc. to let the guests feel the real taste of fantastic Italian food.

Very nice hotel located among beautiful and peaceful hills, run by a family. Welcoming staff. General terrace with a sea view. Shuttle to the city center and train station. Great base to Cinque Terre region which is amazing but quite crowded. Here you can find a quiet. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

The hotel is lovely located in the middle on olives trees and the cicadas singing. I’ve been blown away by the helpfulness of the staff, always trying to find solutions making our stay unforgettable

No EV charging some rooms without balcony or patio Booking.com did not add a child so I ended up paying 55 euros/night for an extra child (same room as double)

it’s a shame they don’t provide lunch and dinner also. The aircon shuts off every time you open the door which a. become irritating.

The hotel is immaculate and elegant. Breakfast is outstanding staff are helpful and friendly. The pool area js lovely. Views pretty. Rooms spacious shuttle bus is convenient.

The location was beautiful, peaceful with plenty of spots set aside to enjoy the view and listen to the birds. Very beautiful. The hotel shuttle was very appreciated and extras were added to accommodate when possible A few more rides in early to mid afternoon could be helpful. The entire property was extremely clean and graciously decorated. The pool was in a wonderful location to optimally enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast had a good variety , very fresh and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff went a step ahead with making sure the guests were comfortable and taken care of. They offer a shuttle service since the hotel is a bit removed from the city center. The breakfast spread was one of the best we experienced in our 2 weeks in Italy with artisanal meats breads & sweets. They also have happy hour on the terrace that was reasonably priced. The rooms patio was very enjoyable and was great for relaxing!
