Ineffective fans so very hot. Breakfast choice perhaps a little limited but I understand there are only a few rooms so this avoids waste.

Like half of italy, no AC. They tried with a ceiling fan but still quite toasty.

The balcony was absolutely gorgeous. Our own private little oasis with the best wine you could ask for. Also, conveniently located right inside the main square.

The room was average size, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice location in the center of Greve. Breakfast items tasted fresh and included a nice selection of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. We just spent one night here, but would stay again if in the area.

A lovely, family run hotel in a great, market square location. The restaurant overlooks the square. The food is superb and the staff so friendly and helpful. It’s a real find and we will be back soon!

unfortunately we had very hot & unpleasant nights with no aircon and the fan was a small square thing in the ceiling that directed no airflow down meaning the room was about 30+ degrees at night and 32+ degrees as soon as the sun hit the roof in the mornings.

The hotel is placed in the heart of Greve, on the central square. On the left is a pasticeria, on the right under the ceiling is a nest with small chicks :) All around is a celebration of life. By the way, every Saturday Greve Square turns into a market for half a day (they sell clothes, hats and something else). The hotel is colorful and lively. I loved the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the square. Everything was fresh, tasty and varied. At night it is pleasant to fall asleep with sounds of conversations and laughter of Italians, although you can close the shutters and find yourself in silence and darkness. Enjoy your stay here!

Gentleman on reception not particularly welcoming. We stayed during a time we had to provide proof of vaccination and because they were UK NHS passes we had 3 codes to scan (2 vaccines and 1 booster). In Italy on their green cards they only have 1 code. When the first code didn't work he lost his patience and waved the paper in our faces saying "I don't know what this is, what is this?!" Luckily my mother speaks fluent Italian and told him to try the other QR codes which subsequently they worked. We were incredibly worried as that was all the paperwork we had from the UK Government to prove our vaccination and there was no reassurance we would be able to stay if the other codes didn't work. It was only after my mother spoke with him that he was even willing to try the other codes on the scanner. Not the best start, however the hotel was clean and fit for purpose for our short stay. However the walls are very thin and some rooms have their bathrooms in the corridor outside the rooms and you can hear doors opening and closing and people chatting very clearly. Definitely a good stop over place, would not stay longer than 2 nights.

Great location and easy parking. Lovely restaurant on site so easy to eat etc.
