Beautiful and calm hotel, very good location, staff was very kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast and dinner :) Bus stop right next to the hotel :) An additional advantage of the hotel is the thermal pool and a wide range of spa treatments :) I definitely recommend!

Very good location in a very pretty little town, Lacco Ameno! Very convenient to explore the entire island and 10 minute walk to Casamiciolle from where you could easily find transfers via ferry to the mainland ( Napoli, Sorento, Positano, Amalfi) and lovely island of Capri and Procida :) Pretty little garden and clean sea water pool. Breakfast good with lots of tasty local pastry. Friendly and helpful personnel! thank you for our lovely Holliday 🤗

the staff weren't the nicest we've met on our trip, we felt like a nuisance asking questions, we didn't feel overly welcome at the bar - some nights it closed really early even though the opening hours stated it was to stay open much later -not sure if this is because we weren't there in peak season but I felt like shutting everything down around us with no communication was quite rude. the breakfast was not great at all, we ended up having to eat out most days.

Nice hotel, lovely pool - was nice to have access to the thermal pool too on the rainy days. Age range of other guest were much older than us which wasn't the worst thing as it meant it wasn't a party hotel.

Lacco Ameno is a beautiful little town with safe enclosed beaches to swim in and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and a cafe serving drinks and snacks. Everything was very clean and there was a very varied breakfast to suit everyone. The staff were very helpful and helped us organise things such as hiring a boat to go round the island which was a brilliant day. Thank you Sean

The atmosphere in the villa was so beautiful and relaxing,the people were friendly. The room had everything needed and clean.The service was high standard!The location was breathtaking and we loved the ice cream made by artisan.Iloved the hair cut I had there. We loved our stay at Villa Svizzera. It’s perfectly located in Laco Ameno just near the beaches and restaurants. The hotel is very Italian, calm and peaceful, has beautiful nature all around, the pool is medium size and is gorgeous. We additionally loved the food they served during lunch. It was just perfect! Many thanks to the reception employees who made our stay amazing.

A really good location, close to bus stop and Negombo Terme. The hotel is newly renovated, rooms are spacious, personal was friendly and helpful. They organized rent a car for us really fast.
