good and varied buffet breakfast, lovely room with good shower, wifi and outlook, staff friendly and helpful, hotel extremely well placed with choice of restaurants around the corner and a couple of minutes from the Doge and square. Really nice bar with lovely, happy hostess. Fabulous staircase.

The AC wouldn’t come on so it was a bit of warm and muggy

Thought the price was incredibly high for the quality of the room, but I also understand that its Venice and they can get that due to the amount of tourists

The breakfast area is not so comfortable, a lot of noise. The cleaning of the room wasn’t so great every day, but the hotel was very clean.

The location is amazing and the hotel is well-maintained. The double room with the Canal view is very nice.

Our room was quite noisy later in the evenings - directly above the hotel entrance and fairly busy pedestrian route.

Had an issue with the air conditioning/heater. The heater was on and it was too warm. The only option I had was to open the window. Which, unfortunately let a few mosquitoes in the room.

This hotel is fantastic, the staff quite helpful, and the breakfast was good. The waitresses in the breakfast area were super!

Room was tiny, with a view of an eavestrough. Very stiff sliding bathroom door, that my wife could not move...I had to move it for her. For E300+ per night, this was not a pleasant experience.

Excellent location (we have stayed here before). Very good breakfast, including smoked salmon.

For us, it was too crowded there and a difficult thing to mitigate during acqua alta October November. Also, the lack of air conditioning was terrible. The humidity and heat during the day was sweltering for us. No way to escape. Please require your members to honestly post their air conditioning availability. In Italy so far on our 59 day wide ranging trip, we find that advertising ac is nothing to believe. It may be there but is governed by arbitrary policy not the need or comfort of the guest. Misleading.

The view from the room was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Clean room. Everything worked.

The hotel was not far from San Marco Plaza, so very close to the main tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly, especially the bar staff, who was exceptional. We were only in Venice one night, but we were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing - so spacious and nicely decorated!
