We did not like much 2 things: 1. We were unlucky to get to Florence in a very cold and rainy week. Being from Canada, we sincerely hoped to enjoy a sun and warm weather. There is nothing to do with the hotel, though the staff tried to make it up for us as much as possible. Free complimentary drinks upon arrival were really helpful. 2. We could use more hooks in the bathroom. Just a thought. Otherwise, there's nothing more to wish.

We liked everything: 1. The hotel is placed right next to the train station, which is extremely convenient. 3 min walk - and we were there. 2. In spite of being next to the train station, we did not feel it at all. Close the window, and you forget about trains and crowds. 3. Extremely clean room. Spotless. 4. Very comfortable bed. We love firm mattresses,so we were very pleasantly surprised. 5. Great breakfast with a good variety of options. If you want more, you have just ask. The staff is great. Viktoryia and Claudia were both very helpful. We had a very tasty cappuccino brought to us with some special cakes. Just what we need! 6. The hotel is very close to the historical center as well. Literally, 5 min walk - and we were in the Santa Maria Novella cathedral. 10 min more - and we are enjoying the great Duomo. Very convenient. 7. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to all exceptional hotel staff. Definitely will be back and recommend the hotel to all our friends.

This hotel is across the road from the train station. Handy to walk everywhere. Friendly staff with a complimentary welcome drink. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Jug supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast has great options.

The shower was in the bath. A walk-in shower is much easier to use.

Airconditioner was not working. But it was early Spring so not a big deal for me as I only had to open the window for some fresh air. Bed was too soft for me -- but may just be a personal preference.

I like that the property is just right across the train station (I literally only have to cross the road). Most of the main attractions are within walking distance (7-20 minutes walk). There is also a tram that can take you to the airport just across the hotel (no need to take a taxi),

The smell of sewage when windows open. But this not the fault of hotel. Much of Florence smells of sewage...it is a dirty city, lots of trash.

Air conditioner was temperamental

Excellent location. So easy to reach by tram from the airport at only €1.70 per person. Within easy walking distance of visitor attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room good size clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Shower hot and powerful.

the street is very busy and noisy so the stay on the balcony is not so relaxing but if you close the window, you can ´t hear anything inside as the balcony is on the busy street, it was a little bit dusty including the chairs and the table

the staff is super friendly and helpful the room was very clean, fresh towels every day, shower gel prepared, soap... we get welcome drink that we enjoyed in the beautiful hotel bar the breakfast is not included in the price but for 15eur you can get a lot of variations - sweet, salty, cereals, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, good coffee ... the location is great - in front of the tram station that goes directly from the airport shopping center is right away and a lot good restaurant around

Room was a little smaller than i expected as i booked comfy room but was adequate.Staff were great and everything clean. Very central location next to central rail station and near to key attractions.Breakfast was very good.
