Bathroom needs some renovation, especially the shower. Wifi was not working most of the time. The cleaniness in general could be better, we found dirty glasses and floor seems not to be cleaned very well.

It was a good price and value when booking a few days until the trip. Other places were much more expensive. The location is very good, not far away from center and stations. It was the external apartment so directions how to reach it were clear. AC was working, hot water as well, there was also a small kitchen with a coffee mashine.

I have to take the keys from ona location and the room was in a diferent location. Nothing about that was mentioned on booking. The receptionist didn't gave the instructions corectly to arrive to the room. She seamed bored and disturbed of my questions.

The shower head holder is almost broken, so needed to hold during shower. The check in stuff was a young girl and extremely rude. I guess not only her but also other stuff at front desk was not so friendly. But they let us to keep our car after check out ( almost one hour ). So maybe they are just kind of not smiling people.

The room was bigger than we expected. Also bed was wide and comfortable. We didn’t use, but room has small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv. So convenient for people Who wants to stay long term. The room located in close to downtown. Easy access to most of the attractions.

very loud at night - you can hear everything that's happening outside, for example cars and garbage trucks. it's great that there is a coffee machine, but only 1 capsule is included with it, despite a longer stay the dryer is falling apart

Bathroom was clean but floors had a lot of dirt on them, don’t think it had been vacuumed. I choose the apartment as it had a gym however it wasn’t operational and that was not stated on their website so that was a waste of my money, I could have stayed in a hostel for cheaper.

From the hotel reception the directions was unclear to where our apparment was so we waljed up and down the streets looking for our address.. It could be explained better.

You have to go to the hotel before knowing which apartment you are assigned to. Not a pleasant experience especially when you are dragging heavy luggage on the cobbled streets. Both receptionists were not friendly nor helpful, spoke curtly. Lift in the apartment was down, messaged them via app but they didn’t respond.

We knew we had to go to the hotel reception to pick up our keys, but it was a bit confusing to not know where the apartment would be (great location, but not close to the hotel, where we assumed it would be) until you check in. The apartment building itself was a bit of a maze, with quite some stairs to get to the apartment, but we were given clear instructions and there were enough signs etc. that we could find it fine.

Nice, clean apartment with fridge and hob, and some basic cooking equipment. The bed was comfy.

Overall, fair rating is given as I had been attacked by dust mites. You have to collect your key from Hotel Reception, which is located about 10 minutes walk away. If you are having luggage with you, you have no choice but to roll them around and about. Same goes with checking-out. If you need a better soundproof place, this may not be the option as moving of furniture from neighbors could be quite loud.

The location is perfect. It is nearby Bologna Train Station and McDonald's is just 4 minutes away. Highly convenient for eateries and moving around.

The city tax is charged on top. The kitchen was not super well equipped and some of the dishes were dirty. The location can be a bit noisy from the street.

The place was very nice, but still quite expensive unfortunately. The location was ok too, it was a bit of a walk from the key pickup (I wish they'd sent the address of the apartment together with the key one so that one could drop the luggage first - ours was on via galliera).

Aircon not working well. Poor wifi. Check-in place is far from actual apartment. We didn’t mind the walk but other people might not like this option. Better if there’s a transportation provided.

It was a little uncomfortable to take the keys from another place. It was mentioned before. But with baggage and a kid it doesn't feel as very close.

It was quite clean. Not far from the central station. But still have to visit additional place to get keys (but we know that). I'd like to have the possibility to get keys near the apartment. Thankfully you don't have to bring keys back.
