We stayed at 3d floor and there are a pretty tough staircase up there. No lift which we missed when we wanted a room high up☹️

The location close both to the old town and port where we took buses for our excursions. Good air conditioning and a very quiet room.

Facilities not very new - some signs of wear and tear Lots of stairs to get to the apartment Cumbersome process to get to parking - you need to drop your car far away and go up and down with a shuttle (free in theory, but they explicitly ask for tip). So by the time you leave your room until you actually hit the road it might take 20 mins

Because of it being located in a central area it can get quite noisy at night especially in weekends. Our suit was on the ground floor, therefore there wasn't a lot of light coming in.

As it is located in the historical center of Trapani there are many things to see a lot of good restaurants to choose from within a waliking distance.

Our room was at the top of the building, 3-4 flights of stairs that were very narrow and no lift. So not a very accessible place to stay.

Good location as we were going to Favignana the next day and was walking distance to the port.

There were very many steep steps to my apartment, and no elevator. With my heavy suitcase (not easy to pack for three weeks in April!) it was heavy on the way up, and a bit scary on the way down. Although I had told them in advance my time of arrival they kept sending me several questions about this in the days prior to my arrival, which was a bit irritating. Welcome was ok, but not in the warm way I am used to in Sicily.

Very central, very close to the end stop for the bus to/from Palermo, to the port and to the cathedral. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was information about things to see and do in Trapani.

The size of the shower cabin. ( I didn’t “not like” it, as I had no issues with it, but be aware, the stairs are steep. So don’t book it if you had mobility issues.

the access to the bathroom was through the sleeping room. A lot of stairs (with big luggage it would be a problem to climbed there).

The stone steps to the apartment were extremely steep. We are quite fit and mobile but these would be difficult for a lot of guests.

The shuttle pick up from the airport was very welcome and a great help to us. Particularly good as our flight was delayed and arranging an alternative would have been a lot of hassle late at night in an unfamiliar place.

The mattress protector was old and plastic so very uncomfortable and the change of linen and towels did not happen during my stay as was promised.

The roomy apartment is located in the old city amongst all the restaurants and bars. It can be quite noisy but that is as you would expect with the location. Parking is provided at a location about 2 miles away but a shuttle service is provided which works very well.

Our apartment was up a lot of very narrow steps, which got easier each time we went up and didn't have heavy bags. No toaster and basic cooking utensils. Not enough cups, glasses, crockery for 4 people. It was a 1-bedroom apartment, and we had 2 single beds in the main living room as well as a small table and kitchen area. It was pretty cramped for 4 people.

We booked this property as it had a great location and also a free park and shuttle. We parked in a carpark a few kms out of town and were driven to the apartment. This all worked really well. Then Whatsapp them an hour prior to pick up on our departure. The apartment was comfortable, although a little smaller than we expected for 4 people. Free washing machine facility and clothes drying rack in room, which we used a couple of times. Instructions and front desk very helpful.
