The rooms were very close to each other and every time someone came in and into their rooms the doors were loud. There is very steep stairs going to first floor, annoying with heavy luggage.

The property was central to everything, easily walkable to everything. It was nice to be able to have coffee in morning.

The room was spacious but very little closet space, the AC had an issue on the first night but the staff made sure to correct it very quickly. The staff is very nice, this is great place.

The location is really amazing, so is the staff. The beds are okay and the water pressure in the shower is great! Overall it was really good !!

The bed was super squeaky. I would recommend changing it! I would also recommend to offer shower soap (not only shampoo). It would be nice to make simple city maps available.

There is no reception so we must check in by ourselves. But it is not a very big problem.

Location is super good. Most of the tourists attractions are reachable on foot (in 5-15 minutes). Staff are friendly, considerate and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected and not as luxurious as I would have hoped. The room was nice, maybe they vary but was a little disappointed it didn't live up to the photos.

Location was amazing - very central could walk to all attractions. In a nice part of town. It was quiet for somewhere so central. Very easy to check in/check out.

We did not like the water pressure and the shower head was not functioning properly.

We love where the location was and the implication of the staff for us. They guide us from the moment of our reservation until the end of the journey. Also the bed were comfortable.

It is not a hotel, but a room in an apartment. The negative sides : no privacy, weak isolation (you can hear what your neighbors are doing) and it is quite old (the photos are photoshopped in Booking).

Nice room in the city center (you can reach all main points of interest within 10-15 minutes). Staff is friendly and the room was clean.

Its not an hotel, just 4rooms in building like airbnb. Owner asked us to pay city taxes only cash, its was uncomfortable, then we’ve agreed to send it to account. There were insects in bathroom and were not slippers.

The location is perfect, 15mins by walking from Trevi, neighborhood is safe.

In the shower, it did seem like the drainage pipes weren't large enough to handle the volume of water the showerhead put out, so the bottom area filled up quickly and overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The drain was not clogged from what we could see.

It is within reasonable walking distance of so much - restaurants, cafés ('bars'), gelaterías, and historical sites. The room and building were clean and we felt safe the whole time. Staff was also kind!

It would have been nice to have a common lounge to chill out in rather than being stuck in your room. Our room was a bit smaller than others. Also, it was a 15 minute walk from the metro which was a little hard with a big suitcase on wheels.

We had the best sleep with no street noises and really comfortable beds. It was nice to be able to make a tea or coffee in the kitchenette and help yourself to pastries! The cleaner cane daily and was a lovely lady and the owner was responsive to requests.

location is nice and communication with owner is very pleasant and efficient. Room (including bathroom) is big enough for two people.

I think the only point for improvement in an otherwise wonderful stay is to make the room selection more obvious. I was a little surprised that our room wasn't what was in the images but then realised several rooms were pictured. This did not make our stay unpleasant in any way, I just think it would be great to give travellers the option or knowledge of where they are booking.

Our hosts Gabriella and Loredana are super nice and welcoming. Everything was made very easy for check in and out. We had a great time here and found the location to be perfect. The area was fairly quiet at night but lively in the day. Would definitely recommend.

The street is a little noisy and the walls to the neighboring rooms/hallway are rather thin. Shower head could be renewed.

The room had a tiny balcony/window with all scaffolding outside it so almost no natural light. Mattress was saggy and needs to be replaced. Share kitchen/fridge was a bit of a mess and lacking facilities. Only one iron and ironing board to share between all the rooms.

Great location - walking distance to most of the tourist sites, lots of restaurants and shopping. Great bathroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was very central to visit many sites. Many were walking distance . Plenty of restaurants walking distance from property. Gabriella had everything organised for arrival . And Leonada was very helpful for info of area .
