GermanyService personell was not trained but did their best. you really noticed when there were trained waiters around. Checkin was a nightmare. You need to take the parc bus to get to the car. that makes a dinner night outside really complicated, and I guess they want it like that. prices in the park for drinks etc are quite high so better bring a little bit. Keep in mind that it is a resort and not a hotel.
The room (Sup. Double) was really nice and with direct access to the beach.

ItalyThe service in the restaurants could be better, seemed to be understaffed compared to the amount of guests. The prices in the bars are quite high for water and soda water. Change of bed sheets should have been done during a stay of 9 days
Right next to the ocean and near swimming pools, ok rooms not the newest but ok. Really nice with the park right in the backyard. Short distance to restaurants, and amusements in the hotel. The hotel it self and the area are really nice and it is deffentl worth while a visit Good with the shuttle bus. If we go to Sardinia again we would chose this hotel

RomaniaThe beaches around the property are quite unusable and made mostly of rocks, but very beautiful views from the top of the hill. The room itself is for sure not at a 4 star level hotel, but 3 stars.
Large complex with many pools and many things to do, like animal park for the kids. Breakfast and dinners were acceptable. The surrounding gardens with many plants, really made our stay more pleasant. Reception and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

AustriaIn my opinion for this price they should provide a much nicer room and service. They didn’t tell us we have to book the transfer from the airport one week before our arrival so we had to organize it ourselves. The aircondition in the room was horribly loud. The room was really old and sad. We booked a room in Cottage so it was a higher price so we expected a much nicer room. The beaches of the hotel were close but if you want to go outside of the hotel is very far. They organize a shuttle bus but only every 30 minutes and once it happened that there were no space left for us so we had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus. The food is really boring and repetitive in the restaurant which we had for halfboard. We wanted to book a table in another restaurant of the hotel but they couldn’t organize it at the reception which is ridiculous I think. I wanted to organize a cake for my husband’s Birthday but they couldn’t manage it even though I talked to them about it 3 times and they told me they will do it. Because of the cake we didn’t go to another restaurant but it never arrived because the reception didn’t communicated it to the restaurant. I was really sad and upset about it. The chairs at the main bar were always dirty. There were so many little things that you wouldn’t expect for this price and it was so disappointing because it was our honeymoon and we wanted to have something for a higher price just to make sure we have something extra as a honeymoon. Sardinia is amazing but we should have gone to a cheaper hotel somewhere else.

United KingdomThis was an excellent weekend away. The rooms are very newly renovated and comfortable with the coldest air conditioning I’ve ever encountered in Europe. The food was amazing. Dinner was 4 courses every night and seafood was really fresh. The Hotel was wonderful and all the flowers were colourful. Massages and wellness centre very relaxing. I would definitely come back.

Stunning natural surroundings, pristine sea, great amenities. Our cottage provided spacious comfort. Sa Gana Restaurant served delicious cuisine, with friendly chefs and waitstaff. The Cagliari Soccer Summer School was a fantastic experience for our son. The Saturday Sardinian Cultural Program was captivating.

GermanyThe Resort has very big territory with many various plants, flowers and animals. You have a lot of space to walk and everything it's really beautifull. There are many various beaches and bay: sandy or rocky for every taste. There are umbrellas and beach chairs everwhere, there is no problem to find a free space. There are also multiple swimming pools. It is possible to take a kayak or SUP for free. There are multiple restaurants and bars. The rooms are in separate small houses, so it was quite. The room is very well designed and equiped. There is s small village with a big white sandy beach in 5-10 minutes walk and more different restaurants. There are also different events in the evening. It is possible to book various excursion by car or boat or even rent a boat, bicyle or scooter directly in the hotel. The Hotel Personal is very nice and polite. Special thanks to Vineta from the Cottage and Suites Reception, who helped us with our questions and needs! We will definetely come again!

SwitzerlandThere's a general problem with booking.com when you have children I think. We booked for 2 adults and a 2.5 years old child. The reservation the hotel received was for 3 adults. My advice if you have children is to book directly with them, it will be less expensive. The advice for the hotel is to upgrade to electric leaf blower for all staff. The noise of the petrol one is unsupportable.
The location of our room was nice. The staff was very friendly. We were in the same hotel 5 years ago, but not the cottage part, the upgrade to cottage is worth the price.

Breakfast was delicious variety every meal time.We were happy with our room size and all of the facilities here, it’s such a beautiful setting with the natural park down the road and many things to do onsite. SwitzerlandArbatax Park Cottage July 2022 This was not a positive experience. The Cottage hotel does not live up to the 4 stars it boasts to have. We payed for a 4 star experience and were disappointed. Not good value for money. 1. Beach: This is not a hotel for a beach holiday. the only sandy beach is tiny (space for 17 sunbeds without umbrellas and the beach is Full, no space to put down a towel. More (ugly) plastic sunbeds in the vicinity of the beach but there are not even close to enough. 2. Food: the breakfast buffet is of poor quality and variety. Low quality ingredients, long lines to get coffee or eggs. Large problem of wasps and bees feeding on the cold cuts making it impossible to get close to the buffet. The evening buffet was really not worth the cost (35 per person) with most food being poorly cooked. We booked only bed and breakfast to try different restaurants in the resort but this was not possible as they were not -as promised- accessible to us and always full. The a la carte pizzeria restaurant let us wait for one hour for food , until we left without lunch. 3. Service: the staff is clearly not trained and not professional. Servers biting nails while taking orders, chefs coughing into their palms and bar personell agreeing the iced coffee is disgusting but not changing it and proceeding to charge it. 4. Pools: there’s many pools in this resort, a few of which were not transparent because of alleged water treatments that were being performed while people were inside the pools. 5. Room: the room was comfortable and new but had a problem with ants , many ants going around on the room due to poor cleaning. After a couple of days we found food left under the bed which was the reason for the ants. There is no information about the resort in the room, it was a struggle finding even the number of the reception- that doesn’t always answer the phone. There is no room service. 6.

The hotel is very pleasant, well located onto the sea. The rooms are big, elegantly decorated and comfortable. The yoga in the wonderful garden was special. The people are nice and helpful and the buffet for the meals is very good. A place to recommend.

SwedenIt Was a nightmare from start to finish. The Rooms was full with mold and moisture damage. We didnt get the room we asked for and When we wanted to change room we got treated rude and with no servicemind at all. We decided to cancel after one night and Booking.com Agreed but the hotel said no and was not helpful at all. We ending up leaving the hotel early with no refund and the stuff in the reception didn’t even want to help us book a transfer to our new hotel because it was to late at night (19.30). So please don’t do the same mistake as us and book this hotel because it looks good on picture but is nothing like it when you arrive and the staff was the worst thru my travel history and we travel a lot.
The Tennis and padel coach Was really humble and nice Guy.
