During holidays is noisy outside during night until 1pm , but the owners can’t control this

The owner are very professional, Be polite and helpful. He offer a map for Florencia and explain to us the places visitors going more often. He explain very clear the rules and instruction for the B&B and give some tips. Bedroom are very comfortable, clean. Furnish and bed clothes invite you to stay. Italian and continental breakfast with variety . Excellent security .

The breakfast could have more options. There’s a coffee machine but the coffee doesn’t taste good. Pity there was no freshly brewed coffee.

The B&B is very well located, just a few minutes from the train station and near the city centre. The staff was nice and our appartment was great!

The elevator was more than small. It was hard to fit in for one person with just a small backpack. Luggage, stroller, or other stuff is a struggle, and the number of trips required.

It was nice and clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities available. Breakfast was great and 24h access to coffee was on cherry on top.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Matteo is a very good host and I love the idea of having the kitchen opened all day long. The showers have good pressure and the rooms are very clean. Also, it's a very good location. Less than 5min from the train station and pretty close to restaurants, drugstores, and other places. I definitely recommend this hotel, if you're looking for a good cost benefit.

This was one of my favorite rentals but I would like to mention that this is a third floor B&B. The unique positioning of the elevator would not permit handicap accessibility. I had a 22 inch suitcase and a backpack and could not fit into the elevator unless I removed my backpack and positioned myself just so. If you have a large suitcase it would be very difficult. The elevator cannot be sent without a passenger controlling it from inside the elevator and the doors must be fully closed before it will move. You can't send up luggage by itself. There are many fairly steep steps

Clean cozy location right around the corner from the train station.. Nice, clean room with good AC. Lovely breakfast.. Breakfast opened around seven, but you were free to set your own time.. It was very easy to get to major sites in the city from this location. The owner was very kind and attentive.

Lift facility is worst. Only 1 person can fit in the loft. And luggage will not fit in the loft easily. Only one bag may fit. I guess it's same situation on all homes like this. But room looks very nice

Very clean & comfortable property that was very close and convenient to the train station. Enjoyed the morning breakfast too. Especially appreciated the kindness of the owner and allowing us to store our luggage after we checked out so that we could do our tour before we left on the train.

We stayed in a double room facing the street in Room 4, it was a bit noisy during the nights as the building's sound proof is not the best. The bathroom is clean, but the water pressure is not big, it may just need to open the valve a bit more.

B&B is located on the 3rd floor of a building which is 5 min to the central station and close to most tourist sites. There are plenty restaurants nearby. Matteo is very helpful and allowed us to leave the bags there as we got there early. There is a machine in the breakfast room which you can access 24x7 to make coffee, tea and hot chocolate, breakfast has cereal, fresh croissant and fruit. Room is compact size but clean and the room is serviced daily.

Amazing breakfast- yogurt, cantaloupe, grapes, peaches, plums, croissants, toast, hot and cold cereals, coffee, tea, juices, milk! Wonderful! The room was good-sized. The location was perfect for walking to see all tourist sites.
