Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe dinner at the hotel was a huge disappointment. Thankfully we were not charged the full amount (however I think that was a mistake...) The food quality and service requires a lot of attention to reach the 4-star rating. We preferred to eat at a pizzeria nearby the hotel where the food was excellent. The location is remote although it did not bother us for couple of days stay but I would not stay longer than that in here.
The hotel is okay'ish. Not great but meets the basic standards. The own private beach right next to the hotel is a big plus. Also dogs are allowed and there is a public beach next to the hotel where they can swim too. Very rare in Italian hotels to have a set-up like this as normally dogs have their own beaches not in a walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was nice and had a great fruit selection. The coffee was good too.

United KingdomBeach bar prices. Large apartment with very large outdoor area but only two chairs an one wonky table outside. Really poor - see photos. Lifeguards in charge of paddle boards rude - my daughter was told off for taking a paddle board - ‘you are only allowed it once a day!’. Whilst she pointed out that it was the first time she had taken it another girl took the same board for the third time to sunbathe on! Only two sun beds included for a 4-5 bed apartment, €30+ per day for extra beds. Powercut overnight - not hotel’s fault though, but no refund offered for loss of power for nearly 12 hours.
Location close to private beach. Facilities on the beach, towels, beds and paddle boards included. staff in the actual hotel were very friendly and helpful.

SwitzerlandIn every European country, especially hotel 4 stars, cirb for baby is free of charge, here they were asking 15 eur per day... Having two night's in restaurant with 6 drinks that costs 50 euro 💶 is exeturating .. Staff in the restaurant for dinner haotic, lost ..The second night we waited more than 40 min for main course, and only one from people working which wasn't our waiter at all came and apologized... For the price it should be much more better the service ,or to be cheaper 😎

BelgiumReception staff is ok. But restaurant staff is awful. Especially during lunch. Even though a meal for 1 person is between 15 and 20 euro (1 course only) some of the staff act really badly. Also, they don't speak English at all. During dinner, they were better. But because we preferred to eat in our rooms due to special conditions, sometimes the order takes a lot of time to prepare. At our last night, I think they forgot about us and we had to wait for over 1.5 hours to get some food. Went there 3 times, they said 5 minutes every time... Wifi was slow-ish, could have been better.
Private beach at the hotel is great. Allocated space, which is permanently yours for the whole stay (seats and umbrella included). I stayed in an apartment which had a big size (also terrace). You have a beach bar where you can have a drink and something quick to eat (focaccia, pizza, croissants). A corona beer is 6 euro.
