Giuseppe gave us a very warm welcome. I can say that he was very organised and attentive. He explained all the rules to us in detail. After check out, he saved us a big burden by allowing us to leave our suitcases there. Thank you also for this. The room was big enough and clean. The location of the hotel was also central. We were very pleased. Just as a recommendation, the bed in room 6, where we stayed, was deformed. Since the friends staying in other rooms do not have this problem, it cannot be a negative opinion, it can only be a recommendation.

Despite worn towels and some noise leakage, these are outweighed by the hotel's positives.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Its location was perfect, the owner's attention to detail was remarkable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were a lovely touch that won us over. It's truly a value-for-money establishment, and we highly recommend it.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, and the only things I had issues with was the poor WiFi signal in the room and the shower that only had the upper tap, and not the one you can hold in your hand. Also the windows could be either open or closed, there was no option to open them just in the upper part.

The hotel has perfect location, between two very important streets of Palermo - Via Roma e Via Ruggero Settimo (a continuation of Via Maqueda), situated between two Palermitan theatres - Teatro Massimo and Politeama Garibaldi. The hotel is at sixth floor (it has a lift) in a nice elder building. It is not in the historical centre, but it is just two minutes away from it (which I think is even better, to not be in the Historical centre but very near it). There is a common room with a balcony, where you can have your coffee, warm your meal or something else of that sort (I usally worked there since the atmosphere was nice and the WiFi was excellent). The room itself was small but sufficient, it had a TV, AC, fridge (water, coffee milk and some snacks were always provided free of charge), closet and a table. I would like to especially emphasis on the cleanliness of the hotel and the room itslef, and the generosity and hospitability of the owner of the hote - mister Giuseppe. He was always very helpful, with many useful info not just for the facility, but the city as well.

The host stays in the same floor and thus, it gives you peace of mind in case assistance is required. Italian Breakfast was generously provided in the room while you have access to coffee machine in the dining area too.

Very nice, clean, kind owner, big room. In the hotspot city centre but quiet at night, good to sleep. Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Would come back again.

I have no complaints.

It was lovely - we felt very welcomed. The room was clean and we had a small balcony where we ate breakfast. The host, Giuseppe, was so kind and talked us through making coffee using a machine, I think he has converted me to liking coffee now! He was also amenable to our request to stay an extra night - we feel very grateful. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit again.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the port, Palermo Centrale train station and airport bus stop. Also, very close to all the sights and activities in Palermo. Recommend using city buses to go to Mondello for the beach, and to Monreale for the Cathedral. Maybe a day trip via train to Cefalu, if you have the time. Giuseppe knows Palermo and does an excellent job in running this small and highly adequate hotel. Thanks/ Merci/ Grazie, Giuseppe!

Everything was perfect! Amazing location, outstanding guest, thank you very much! We were really surprised about the place, clean, comfortable and in love with the balcony! There is also coffee and tea available in the common area and sweets and water in the room. The gel/shampoo smells amazing!!!!! Giuseppe was the best, offering us everything that we need and making our stay 10/10, we will definitely be back !

We loved the location, place, cleanliness, free breakfast and coffee. Especially we loved Giuseppe and his lovely attitude, help, love for guests and always smiling :) Amazing place to stay, everything is near it, you can sleep well because it is on the 6th floor, they clean every single day your room and the hotel...we were more than happy to stay here, we will sure come back!
