Very good location near Ravenna, at the seaside, public beach with space enough, parking, restaurants, supermarket, appartment with two bedrooms had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer, we could use a washing machines in the lower floor of the house, the host was always very helpful.

Small bathroom with shower and toilet almost on the same spot. But you can get used to it. Air-conditiong was only in 1 room, so there could be little hotter in other rooms, but not really a big problem.

Very nice location close to the beach. You can choose either free beach or payed one with umbrellas, both are within 5 minutes walk. Very clean apartment with equipped kitchen, every 4 days you get towels and bed linen change. Everything you need is present in the apartment: big enough fridge, espresso machine, one set of towels,, ... Best about the apartment is definitely the closeness to the beach: 150m and the beach is for free :)

Soundproof is bad, it was quite noisy (loud neighbors) even during the quiet hours. Shower is installed right under the toilet, is was uncomfortable.

Location is great! Kitchen facilities are OK, staff is friendly and helpful.

Just the bathroom is quite small. Shower was situated between toilet and bidet but due to the space limitation it‘s probably so.

Stayed here for a 5 days with family of 5. We had a very nice apartment with two bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Aircon worked great. Beach was a 3 minute walk, long and clean. City is calm. You can find nearby everything you want for shopping. Ravenna is easy riding distance. We made a short trip there to visit the sightseeings (museums, basillicas) everything in one ticket price. Advance is also that the residence has it's own parking. Staff is very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere there.

Bathroom, shower in particular. Very strange architectural decision to make shower so tiny, that you need to shower above your toilette sit.

The shower and toilet in the same place was quite a challenge but nothing that you cant get used to it.

The personal was very wiling and heplfull. The destination is ideal because of the short way to the beach and to the shop. Accomodation is in a quiet place which is a big plus. Air conditioner was neccessary and functional. Big plus is that the personal speak english and helped us with everything we needed.👍

Unfortunately, we forgot salt when we moved in, so we wished to get in the kitchen if some remained, but no chance. Of course, we got it from the stuff when asked. Nevertheless, I suggest maybe 5 gr of this won't harm anybody when people move in.

All gut. Best feedback!! We fully enjoyed our stay and got all support from the responsible persons. Location is one of the best ever for the price!!!

The bathroom was not very comforable for small children, but the stuff helped us with non-slip mat.

We really like the place, it was nearby the beach. Stuff was very friendly, everything was clean and the apartment was fully equiped. Thank you for very nice holiday.

It is also very close to a little amusement park/playground which makes noise at night. The beds were not comfortable at all. If you are staying here for one week on vacation , the quality of your sleep is affected. The wifi didnt reach our apartment and the signal was very weak. The worst thing was that the shower area and toilet area are not separated and when you shower the toilet gets wet and it's very unpleasant.

The property is very close to the beach. The size of the apartment was quite good and had a nice balcony.
