Directions to location could have been clearer, as we did not realize it was actually inside the center.

1, the host was rather cold and rough, you don't feel welcoming at all, a very bad feeling.. 2, after charged from my credit card the room, i was asked to pay 24.5 euros for late arrival and some other fees that i wasn't aware of.. 3, the kettle in the room was very dirty, had black mold, so i couldn't use it. 4, the pics were very misleading, when you get there, the reality you feel is totally different. 5, they should install entrance with codes like many other hosts do, so they don't have to be there to give so many confusing keys, and avoid to charge guests the rather high late fee after 20:00. 6, what they offer is rather snacks than Breakfast, a few small packaging dry bread and cakes, yogurt and coffee, generally neither healthy nor tasty.

the neighbors, especially those living on top floors make lots of noise at night. like they are moving heavy furniture daily.

Maria is an excellent host, a small B&B to stay comfortably overnight, all rooms are equipped with essentials.

The owner was very helpful, and always very open to solve any demand. He carried our bags and let us leave them in the b&b even after the check out. This b&b is very close to the train station, that's a bonus point.

Too expensive, in booking it was 109 euros, at the end I paid 118, with a strange tax of 2 euros that I did not pay ever (and I travel a lot)… plus the “tassa di soggiorno that was 3 euros x2 … very disappointed.

There was some noise from the other guests making coffee and having breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine was extremely loud. The hotel was also a little hard to find because it's in a courtyard of a small shopping centre.

The location is really great, very close to the station, very close to the bus to the airport, the citta alta and even just the funicular to get to the citta alta. The bed was super comfy and having a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities was great.

Two thing I did not like, 1) the sign to how to get to in was small, (better signs) 2) (this is mostly a nitpick )but too many keys are need to get in and out

Breakfast was too small. Just bread with jam and yogurt. No eggs, no vegetables, no fruits. But having a kitchen you can cook yourself so it was not a big problem.

It was one of the best places I stayed in. Big room, very nice and comfortable. Clean. Big bathroom. A fridge and a kettle in the room. Nice view from the room what is a rare thing in Italy. The location is very good. Very friendly staff. Lended me a vacuum cleaner to pack my things are into vacuum packs. Shareable kitchen, a place to cook what is also very rare. Everything was wonderful.

Brilliant location five minutes from the train station, and then the bus to the airport the following day. About 20 mins walk to the funicular up to the old town. There's a bus back with a stop only a few mins from the B&B. The rooms were great, very clean and as spacious as we needed, with really clean spacious bathrooms. Loved having the coffee machine in the guest space, and lots of yoghurts and juice in the fridge which was all we needed. Kettle and supplies (little cakes) also in the room. Nice little terrace (view of other apartments) but it was still nice to have outside space. Special mention to Silvia, the host, who sent great comms all along, and was so friendly and welcoming on arrival. I left something behind by accident and she rang me right away so that I could pop back and collect it. Note the entrance is inside a small shopping mall which wasn't obvious to us, but we only got 'lost' for about two mins before we realised. There's a lift too which is great.
