There are lots of TV channels, but it will be nice if there's at least one English news channel to cater for guests that don't understand your language.

For me, the breakfast was good and I was satisfy with it. I didn't even bother to see all the options as I was satisfy and comfortable with the first items I picked.

Late at night we arrived - for a stay of just one night - on our way to the cruise boat. The warm and friendly welcome of our host made us feel home immediately. The originality of the building, the beauty of the rooms, the welcome drinks, the easy amicality of our host made us forget how tired we were. The beds were comfortable, the airco was noiseless, the balcony with its view on the garden was a morning surprise. We will definitely come back once again for a longer stay. And to say 'thank you' for giving us a tremendous start of our vacation.

The pool wasn’t working, we were so looking forward to relaxing and cooling down in the pool.

Host was amazing and knew lots of history about Turriaco town. The house had lots of history to do with the war time, had breakfast in the underground bunker in house it was pretty cool. Great breakfast. Host provided a fun night of karaoke and cocktails.

The size of the shower cabin, acceptable but ideally was to be a little bit bigger. I've noticed that was not space for this, it's only my thought.

Breakfast more than generous, everithing tasty and enough. The room, the reception and breakfast room very nice and a lot of art and historical pieces used as decoration.

You might have to spend some extra money on transfers to and from the airport. It's close to the airport, but the actual road distance is somewhat longer than the one you'll find on Booking. At the time of our landing, there was a severe lack of taxis at the Trieste airport. The host will gladly organize a transfer for you but prepare some 20 euros extra in cash for this service.

B&B Isonzo is a clean and comfortable object close to the Trieste Airport. The host is flexible and welcoming and will adapt according to your flight schedule. Breakfast is good, but if you are from the Balkans, beware - there was no meat included. However, everything else was plentiful. Coffee was above average compared to other hotels I've had breakfasts in. The historical location atop the WW1 bunker - which is now used for breakfast - from the battle of Isonzo River is pretty unique. If you like history, you'll find a lot of interesting WW1 stuff at this place - old maps, photos, artillery shells, newspaper articles, etc. The host will also give you a tour of the bunker.

This was so much better than we expected. It is an airport hotel but felt more like a luxury b&B. Our host was gorgeous and gave us a brief history tour of the WW1 bunker that now serves as the breakfast room, along with local war artefacts. The rooms were pretty and felt very traditional Italian. The breakfast was generous and there are bikes available so you can cycle along the river

B&B Isonzo is a wonderful friendly place. The location is perfect either to airport Trieste or main autoroute. Family owned small hotel, clean well-decorated, comfortable rooms, pets allowed. Thank you Tiziano and Grazia for your hospitality!

Breakfast was not inclusive but had to be paid extra. Check your time of arrival in advance - we had to wait for some time although we agreed on a certain time. Yet, he apologized and offered a drink to us in return for keeping us waiting. Our room could have been a little cleaner (e.g. a lot of dust under our bed).

Normal breakfast, liked the pastry. A little bit of fruit would have been nice. Very friendly host, who was really eager to show us his breakfast room and to convince us to have breakfast there. Everything fitted to our themed room, even the toilet paper.

Transportation might be a challenge, but we were lucky that our host, Tiziano, took good care of us and arranged transportation to/from the B&B.

Authentic, old family house with more history and attention to detail than the finest boutique hotels we have seen.
