The room, I asked a nice room because of my mom's birthday present trip and we got a noisy room with a bad view. Every morning(at 3-4am) different noise would wake us up. Breakfast could be better, poor choice.

For several days, the location of the hotel is not ideal - by the main road, no nice beach within walking distance.

We stopped there just for a night because the hotel is located not too far from the airport. Very polite staff, 24 hours reception, clean room, breakfast on the terrace. Very good choice for a one night stay.

Upon arrival, the lady at the reception asked me once again to pay the price of the reserved rooms even though I had paid through Booking.com and she was very insistent. It was an unpleasant moment for me that ruined my vacation. After this incident, I received two rooms in which the air conditioning did not work, and neither did the television. This unpleasant situation makes me not return to this hotel.

Room was just adequate. Very small bath and shower. No dresser to hold clothes. Lived out of a suitcase for a week. Our room was on the fifth floor right under the outdoor breakfast area. Early in the morning you could hear tables and chairs being moved around.

This is the first time I have a few negative comments. Upon arrival at reception, there was a group of four young ladies talking over a computer monitor. None of them bothered to say hello, ask us what we're there for, welcome us. Quite amazing, I usually arrive very late and the duty porter is always so helpful. My second negative comment concerns breakfast. Definitely not up to the Barion's high level. Most trays were empty at 09.00, nobody bothered about it for almost 15 minutes. Admittedly the hotel was quite full.

The breakfast is certainly special it is the best part of the hotel a lot of variety, a lot of food, absolutely delicious I recommend it. I think the location is fine for people who have a car. We were by taxi and we used the hotel shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very kind. We also have dinner at the hotel and the staff was very professional, very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience on the terrace, everything was very nice, and delicious food. The closest public beach is not really pretty. We were at Mama Luna Beach, which, although it was an extra cost, we liked it a lot, comfortable, safe, clean, good food, overall a good experience.

the wifi was poor

a lovely modern hotel with an amazing restaurant and views, on the rooftop. The parking was very secure too. very clean, and helpful staff. well located next to an A road and easy access to Bari port.

A bit outdated rooms (family room), not too spacy, which could be more of a 3-star property and not 4-star

The building itself is a little bit older then a "modern" building, We were family of 5 and could not give us the rooms close to each other. Rude quests are not the hotel's fault, but still could be education how to behave after midnight.

After all a nice stay. Nice breakfast. Close to the road which can take you to good beaches.
