I liked the classic decor, the furniture was in really good condition, bed and pillows comfortable. Everything very clean, nothing to complain. The location is perfect , 2-3min walk from center. The host was nice and kind, +10!

Parking a little on the pricey side however you are very centrally located where parking is restricted

Located centrally within Siena in a fairly quiet residential area but still only 5 minutes from the Corso. Private parking was very useful as not always easy to find in these smaller towns right within the historic centre however you must pass through the ZTL. Host was very organised and helpful with access into the ZTL to minimise driving through the town. Excellent breakfast selection for a small B&B at a reasonable price.

Everything perfect

The main reason we did this trip was to visit our favourite restaurant in Italy (Tv San Giuseppe) - unfortunately the restaurant told us it was impossible to book. Michela called her contacts and managed to get us in and they put us in our favourite table! This was amazing! Thanks a lot

Our host Michela, was exceptional, she found us when we were lost getting to our B& B & also helped us leave. The location is superb, so close to everything. Michela recommended restaurants which were also extremely good. Breakfast had a very good assortment. Overall, great.

Difficult to drive a 9 seater in the city due to narrow roads and haphazard parking.

Situated in a great location close to everything. The room was large and the bed was so comfortable! A delicious breakfast was provided each day and the host was so helpful with all of our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Siena.

Parking couldn’t be executed because of the size of our car which wasn’t that big so we had to pay extra but they drove the car to the parking and returned it promptly when we left

The street noise was very loud at night because our room had the window facing the road.

The location of the B&B is ideal. The owner Michaella is amazing. She helped us get into the area while guiding us on what’s App because it’s not easy to find. She was very helpful, understanding and kind. She even parked our car. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The place is very clean and the breakfast was very good. Michaella bakes pies and cakes that are delicious.

The only thing we missed was being able to make a cup of tea after being out site seeing. A kettle & a few teabags would have make the facilities excellent.

The room was advertised as having air conditioning but didn't. The windows opened though, and luckily it wasn't too warm.

Good location- close to the historic Campo, with good restaurants, cafes, a laundromat and small supermarket just a short stroll away. Michela, the host, was friendly and helpful. The room was prettily decorated, spacious and with plenty of nice towels. Bed was comfortable and WIFI reliable and fast.

Although there is parking it’s a little tight in the garage and there is a fee. But overall great value. You are given access to drive in the ZTL zone to get to the place.

The location could not be any better. Right inside the city walls. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

The host was a really nice and well prepared hosts. (maps of the city, restaurants recommendations etc.) Our room was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The location of this hotel is AMAZING. You just need 5 min to enter the cities main square. (But driving to the hotel can be quite challenging)
