The lack of parking positions (always missing positions), and the toilet very small in comparison to other similar concurrent hotels (Ibis, Mercure,…).

I was on the 6th of 7 floors and unfortunately still heard traffic on the semi-busy road and the adjacent railway line. Not a complaint, bathroom just tad old, functional not a problem.

Good value for money. Average size room, probably at least 10 years old. Bus stops and tram service easily reachable to explore and travel to the airport - it would be helpful if you could purchase bus ticket within the hotel as not always convenient or available at shops. Tram stop at machine, didn't always want to buy from driver with a mark-up. Continental breakfast had the basic essentials which met 7EUR threshold I felt - to improve and for greater value for money I would have liked to have seen more variety or the menu of items changed.

No hot water, a little far out although tram was 10 minutes walk. Was so noisy could hear every conversation and people walking in the corridor kept us up. Bathroom was an accessible bathroom but on the second floor, bath was perfect for a child but never fitting an adult in there. The shower screen would fall in on you as it was a fold around free standing screen.

The night desk man was friendly and helpful, and let us know what the additional costs would be on checkout ($16). It turns out that the standard nightly tourism fee in Italy is $2 per person per night, so it should have been $4 total. The next morning, the desk man charged us the $16 plus a $100 "deposit." I gave him a sharp look at that, and checked that it did not show up on my credit card later; it didn't. Beware of some cab drivers, the taxi charged us $20 for what should have been a $5 cab ride. I had reserved a hote within talking distance of the airport for a reason. Be prepared to contest the taxi ripoffs.

The room was nicely sized, larger than what I had come to expect in European city accomodations. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was "American" and enjoyable, with plenty of variety.

VERY difficult/confusing to park when first arriving. Bar and restaurant were closed the night we were there. No close-by market.

Room was fine, but a bit dark for our tastes. Elevator a blessing. Front desk VERY helpful. Good bathroom, wi-fi, beds. Close to airport and Hertz drop-off point. Very good restaurant 10 min walk away. No real complaints; basic airport hotel. Front desk guy opened the bar area for me at 0530 to get ice for my medicine for my flight. room had a couch and a second bed so repacking for our trip home was a breeze.

When we arrived the staff asked us if we would a like a breakfast in the morning and we asked how much is it and they replied its free its included in your deal and when it came to checkout they asked us for 60 euros but we were very confused as they told us it was free. so make sure its very clear when asking about breakfast. our room was by the lift so we could hear every it was noisy and hard pillows.

The hotel was very well located as it was a 10 mintue walk from the hotel to the tram stop and the tram took you directly to the center of the city in 12 mintues. The hotel was good and clean inside had aircon and good tv and big bed.

Room was very small. Even though there was only 2 of us we were tight for space. The view also wasnt great, we were looking out into a construction site, but this didnt bother us too much.

Room was clean and had anything you could need for a short stay. Location is close to a metro ( maybe 10 minute walk) so it was easy to get into the main town. Reception was helpful in ordering us a taxi to the train station.

The tv signal was a little dodgy and so didn't work very well.

The staff we lovely- especially Nicholas on reception who was extremely welcoming when I first arrived. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the location was perfect for easily getting into the city centre
