It was a little out of town. And the heating of the room wasn't enough.

At first, the heater of the room wasn't working but receptionists were very kind and helpful. They solved the problem immidiately. The room was wide and clean. There is also a balcony. You can leave your luggages before check-in and after check-out.

The bathroom needs renovation. And they should change their recommendations about the places to eat out. They recommended us one trattoria not far from the hotel which wasn’t actually so nice.

The location is amazing, just 1,2 km from the main sights. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

Shower was on the small size but adequate. Our expectations were set correctly before we arrived by reading many reviews.

Every staff member we met were friendly and cordial. Great places to eat nearby and a supermarket just about 10 minutes away. Multiple bus stops nearby made travelling around easy. Felt very safe. Big bonus was that they arranged for a free pickup from the airport to the hotel.

I had a good stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Room a bit cramped but then again it was a double economy room we had. Bus stops are a few blocks away. Not a problem for us but could be if you have mobility issues.

Location with shops and cafeterias nearby. Quiet area. There was no tea making facilities in the room but when we requested some it was gladly given.

The location is about a 30minute walk from the center of town but it was expected since all the other hotel prices in town were at least double or more. The AC in the room either did not make the room very cold or I didn't know how to work it. Also, the wifi was not working during my stay but the owner was very nice and found me a place nearby to use Wifi and even gave me a free beer. Very nice gentlemen.

The owner was very nice. The hotel has an antique feel but very well kept. For the price paid I think it was fair. I read other reviews before coming and I think people want a luxury hotel with all the bells and whistles when they aren't willing to pay for it.. This hotel is priced correctly and it's a good option if you plan on really exploring Florence and need a place to sleep.

- The isolation was not great. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy at 1am - we could hear everything. - On the ground floor, the wifi connection was poor at times. - The bathroom was very small.

- Great location: The hotel is situated in a residential neighbourhood in Florence. The area was lively (but not loud), safe and had two supermarkets (Coop and CONAD) located 3-5 minutes from the hotel - very convenient! - The staff was friendly, responsive and always there to help. - Big comfy beds

The staff is super friendly, you feel directly at home. They even took our luggage to our room when we were in the city because we were too early for check-in
