the room doors are not isolating that much, you can hear the other guests in the corridor, or while in the corridor you can hear the guests talking in their rooms.

The nice breakfast, with buffet plus served coffee or milk, the high trees in the garden around the pool, the quiet relaxing atmosphere with few birds whistling around, and the kindness of the staff.

The position, if you don't have a car, is not very convenient to reach.

The hotel was a kind difficult to find and needs an update. The bed was good although it wasn't levelled. Nearly no possibilities in the immediate area to have dinner, as the hotel apparently did not offer this on Saturday and Sunday? Flushed some bugs in the shower.

We expected something more from breakfast, but it's okay. There are no sidewalks outside the hotel, so I would say it's pretty dangerous to walk from the hotel to center

Only glitch was the one night when a large family group stayed next door and kept being quite noisy till after midnight and the hot water ran a bit lower (warm) one night when I was just finishing my shower.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly and lovely to see the cats in the neighbourhood being treated well when they visited the site. Loved the quiet of being away from traffic with parking on site. Would definitely stay here again.

We did have to wait for half an hour outside the hotel because there was no one at reception in order for us to check in. It was cold outside and no one was answering the phone number. They did apologise but that shouldn't have happened. There was no duvet, only blankets There were some ants behind the fridge in the room..

The breakfast was delicious! We loved it! We had a patio with our room which wasn't included with our booking which was a great bonus! There were many cats which we could feed in the hotel area

The location. One should have a car. (The hotel has parking spaces). There is a metro station 10 minutes away but getting there is quite dangerous. No side walks on one of the streets with lots of very fast moving traffic.

Parking could be better organised. It's a bit out of the city but with a rental car, it's fine. It was easy to get to and was easy to drive to the city center. I can't think of anything negative! My wife stayed here years ago and she liked it so much, she booked it for me to stay.

Friendly concierge! The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast room was into this garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was good and beyond a typical Italian breakfast with ham, sausage and cheese.

3 (working?) guests in an adjacent room came back at 04:45 each morning and then each had a shower while talking among themselves. This took until about 06:00 each morning. Because of the concrete structure of the building and hard surfaces this was really noisy and kept us awake.

Comfortable room with a balcony, green surroundings. Staff very helpful at check-in and checkout, also made a good suggestion about somewhere to eat late at night.

The hotel is far from the city center (40' by walking) but at least you can park your car for 3 a day

The location is not cnvenient at all if you don't have a car. You need to walk on a high speed road with no pavement to get to the metro. The metro stops at 9pm. That said, if you are out of options, you can make the location work even without a car. Covid regulations not really imposed. The employees wear masks but any guest can apparently use the buffet and cough over the food unmasked. I also wish the employees spoke a little more English, it was a bit hard to communicate and I felt a little isolated.

Decent breakfast, very clean, I quite liked the room. Even though the building is old, the rooms look renovated.
