bed was a little hard, but I think that's my issue, as I'm used to a very soft bed.

great location, couldn't have asked for a better location, close to the Doge's Palace, and the grand St Mark's Cathedral. But also quiet as the hotel was tucked away in one of the charming alley ways. rooms were really charming. The concierge helped us with restaurant recommendations, and the hotel. offers a free water taxi ride to the island of Murano! It was fabulous! There were only the 4 of us on the trip, had a tour of a glass making gallery, they showed us all the work they hold in the collection, all for sale. We bought a couple pieces of jewelry, meet one of the glass blowers, and took loads of pictures.

The bathroom was a little old fashioned but clean.

The location was fab, the rooms comfortable (+ a nice private terrace) and the staff very helpful. Above all, we had checked out and when we returned to pick up the luggage, there was also a little extra bag there with my husband's gold chain that he had forgotten in the room. We commend the hotel staff on their honesty and kindness and would happily return.

Petty but prefer shower door to shower curtains but that is so picky, I can't think of anything else.

We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it, the room (we had a terrace room on 4th) and bed was so comfortable, great Toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. Very quiet location yet so central to St Mark's Square and a short stroll to The Rialto Bridge. The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant provided us with a map and recommendations of what to see. The breakfast was very good a great choice of different options. This was our first trip to Venice and we are definitely going to return to this hotel. Thank you Hotel Bisanzio team 😊

We were upgraded to a family room for my partners 40th, was so nice. The room 112 exceeded my expectations, with a mezzanine floor for the bed. The bathroom was bigger than the norm, the living area very spacious with a fold away bed into a gorgeous press. Wardrobe, safe and fridge with goodies 😝 Breakfast was fabulous and so much of it. Staff were so pleasant For gym goers, I found a gym right next door to the hotel on the day I was leaving

Centrally located, staff were lovely and helpful. Smooth check in and out. Rooms were spotlessly clean couldn't fault it. The only thing that i would say was the bed was very firm which is just a preference for us for a softer bed, we needed another pillow, staff bought to room immediately with a call to reception along with iron and ironing board, really couldn't fault the service would recommend and would definitely stay again, thank you

In a room next to us was a family with a very loud child. But it's the problem of parent's education, not hotel.

Very nice hotel with great location really near to Piazzeta San Marco. Breakfast was very rich and you have a lozmt of options even for gluten free people. Room was always clean. Thank you very much! :-)

Great location , close to the main vaporetto stop, well sign posted, easy to find, very close to the centre. We paid for breakfast and it exceeded our expectations - always good and fresh continental selection. Superbly clean. Stylish. comfortable rooms. Extremely nice and helpful staff.
