There was a mosquito problem especially the first evening and the device wasn't offered until we asked for it. Air Conditioning was not working which was unfortunate, not what we want for the price.

Great space, nice big bathroom and thick walls on room so we couldn't hear the neighbours unless they were outside their room. The lady at the reception booked us one of the best restaurants in Venice and we had an incredible experience

they upgraded us to a king room without any extra charge, the room was spacious, super clean and the beds were really comfy. The staff was super super nice, always willing to help and very kind. The area was great because the street where the hotel is was quiet but you walked 2 min and you were right in the touristy area.

Room was a bit small but I think this is true for most hotel rooms in Venice.

Location was perfect, very near to vaporetto, walking distance to major touristical places and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and renovated. Bathroom was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Water bottles were put in the fridge every day. Staff was very helpful, thanks Ricardo & Francesca!

The room could benefit from a big rug on the floor or more substantial complimentary slippers as the floor is very cold underfoot. A blessing in the summer, but less so in January!

Great location, within 10 minutes walking from San Marco Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We can recommend to go to the restaurants on the recommendation list this hotel provides. We decided to prolong our stay here which was the best decision we made. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was incredible - the room was spacious with a comfy bed and stylish bathroom. The staff were super friendly and so helpful including recommending bars and restaurants (we went to two of them during our trip which lived up to recommendations). They organised a taxi to take us to Murano island for a glass making tour at cost of the hotel. The location was perfect - within 10 minutes walk of Rialto bridge and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

That it was disturbed by illness and I cannot believe how crowded Venice has become since out last visit in 2016. I was glad that we weren't so close to San Marco, but could easily walk and be in the heart of it within 10 minutes.

First let me say that it was intimate and beautiful, very classy like I was in a movie. In vacation that was sidelined due to illness, they were like family helping with everything. I was stressed not knowing how to get the healthcare needed outside of the US; they went above and beyond to take very good care of us. Helping me get a MD that came right to our room, portage of bags, water taxis, getting laundry done, making us tea, I could go on and on. Being close to everything , pharmacy for medicine, places to eat, short walks to campos to sit and people watch and enjoy a sprtiz, lovely architecture and museums, close to church that was playing classical music. All things that I love. I am so grateful to Ricardo, Alvise, Mateo and Alena( I apologize for any spelling errors) Grazie Mille

Excellent location close to San Angelo bus stop and Piazza San Marco but still quiet and secluded. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. Pretty courtyard garden to use for breakfast/picnics/takeaways. All the staff charming and helpful. Nothing too much trouble! We hope to return soon.

The rooms are trendy and very new just like in the photos. It is located in a tourist area and all the attractions are close by. We were welcomed by Riccardo, who gave us a lot of hints and tips on how to make the most of our time in Venice. The staff are lovely and welcoming and we would definitely recommend.
