Room smelt like smoke & some difficulty communicating with reception staff.

Served a purpose for one night stay in Pisa while transferring between locations. Very close to the leaning tower and plenty of restaurants. Looked after luggage for a morning after checking out. Kindly let me check in 2 hours early after a long journey.

No elevator.No one from the reception desk to ask for help with means of transportation and sight seeing local attractions. An elderly man who did some cleaning work with back problems had to help my friends to bring their suitcases to the third floor.

A great location, just a short walk to the Tower (5 minutes). We used a bus to get close to hotel from the train station. It was easy to find the reception was very helpful. The tower and main restaurants of Pisa are a very short walk away. The breakfast was perfect for our needs, with fresh juice, coffee and a selection of breads and cakes available. We stopped in Pisa for one night while touring Italy, and this was a great choice.

Good value for money and great location, around the corner from Leaning Tower and close to restaurants. Air conditioning in room was very effective and buffet breakfast was excellent.

Could have done with a kettle in the room, but there is the option to get a hot drink from the machine downstairs for €1.20 per drink.

The property is in a brilliant location, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfy, slept great. No faults at all with the Wi-Fi, there was a little fridge in the room, and the room and building was clean and well presented. We only stayed for one night, as we were passing through Pisa, but I’d definitely come back and stay longer.

I stayed at the ground floor and would NOT recommend it. From 7a.m., you can hear a lot of noise coming from the lobby, as the breakfast is prepared. The ground floor has a weird smell. Make sure you book an upper floor room.

The location is perfect. If you wanted to stay any closer to the Piazza del Duomo you would have to sleep in the leaning tower itself! 3-minute walk to the main attractions and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff to top it up, always keen to help and advice.
