Excellent hotel in a perfect location on the side of the lake. I contacted the hotel prior to the holiday and they booked us into the spa in the hotel next door where we had a great afternoon in the private spa followed by a massage. We ate in the restaurant next door on both evenings of our stay, the first a fine dining menu and the second time we had pizza. Both were great and the staff were friendly. We were in walking distance down to the lake and enjoyed a walk around the lake on a footpath which was easy to follow. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice and fresh food.

Location was really great. The hotel is situated on top of the hill with access to the roof terrace of the hotel below on the lake. The Roof terrace is where you eat, drink and chill while the sun is setting. It was a brilliant styled converted villa into a classy and stylish hotel. The place to be.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The room we booked had a lake view, the breakfast was great. The hygiene was a 10.

You have to pay 25 euros for check in after 11pm which I think should be included in the booking.

The problem appeared in the morning when people started to come down to the kitchen/ breakfast room in the early morning hours. We had our room 101 located wall to wall with the coffee machine area... and from early morning hours we could hear constant 'drilling' sound of coffe machine. It wasnt so good - especially when you want to have a longer lay-in. Also the tv only had italien channels - a bit annoying when you want to chill in the evening and watch a movie :D

The view outside the hotel was breath taking. Breakfast was nice, the staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfy. We had a room with a garden view so unfortunatelly we couldn't see the lake direclty, but it wasn't a problem.

The shower could use a curtain or glass door to contain the water from getting everywhere. And a bit of extra lighting in the garden at night.

The peace and quiet it offers while still having a magnificent view of the lake and a shortcut to get to the promenade in 2 minutes.

Location isn’t great if you do not have a car. Lowest aircon temperature is 23 degrees and has an automated function which ticks all night to maintain the temperature. Our last night was a Friday night and we could hear a big party until 3am

I wouldn't call it a spa hotel, very misleading. It's hardly standard They offered to access the spa of the nearest hotel for an additional fee, but I did not understand this when booking, if we had known we would not have booked the hotel There is no fridge and hot water kettle in the room.

We were happy to have the option to purchase drinks for 24 hours A pastoral place with a stunning view.

Felt like still water should have been readily available at poolside and free atleast , especially as they don't want you bringing in outside food or drink. 3 euro I felt was a bit steep. Breakfast could have more variety when it came to hot food, it was only eggs and bacon that we were made aware of. The decking around the hotel is needing some TLC it is warped and broken at places. Also would be good to inform new customers that they can enter the hotel from the sister hotel at the waterfront on arrival

The hotel was in a beautiful area with stunning views of the lake .hotel staff were amazing and always helpful.
