The staff were exceptional, attentive, very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and quick, room was comfortable and clean. The location and surroundings were magnificent. The food and drink was delicious. A perfect holiday destination.

Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. While they had Wi-Fi the only place, we could get it was in the breakfast room near the reception desk. When we asked about the air conditioner not working, we were told it needed to be turned on at reception, but it didn't happen and on the second request we were told that work men had been, but the boss needs to ring them again.

The area to swim in the lake was very close and the restaurant in the garden was a bonus after travelling all day, provided a great meal and drinks. The balcony area from our room had outdoor chairs and a good view.

The same food everyday (breakfast) - but I understand that for this price I shouldn't expect more. Maybe just for a little bit higher price you could incorporate more variety in your breakfasts :)

Hot water wasn't working when we arrived so had to request assistance. Have visited Cassone for many years but never stayed at the hotel before. Swinging into the hotel is a challenge if coming from the south.

Given our own apartment with good facilities including small kitchen. As we found in all accommodations on the trip, loo seat loose/faulty. Good breakfast, nice staff, fab location for the Lake

Because we were travelling with dogs and during a very hot period (up to 38 degrees), we wanted a room with a proper air-conditioning, which was a bit of a disappointment, as it wasn't a very powerful one. The temperature in the room was acceptible, but it was a bit stuffy with the balcony door closed. There is also no switch in the room, so you will have to ask sb at the reception to turn it on for you, but they always did, so that was covered)

The location is nice, especially if you are travelling by car. It's only a short drive to Malcesine - a very picturesque village. The hotel is situated right at the side of the trunk road, so you will not have to drive through narrow and steep streets) It's also just 5 minutes walking to the lake shore, restaurants and the beach. There is also a bus stop across the street, so you can also use public transport to get to other villages. We also enjoyed the big balcony overlooking the lake! The restaurant has got a cozy atmosphere and most of the dishes were delicious.

The rooms are basic, which didn’t bother us since we were never in the rooms and the WiFi was not working good / slowly.

The room and Hotel were very clean. Perfect location in front of a beautiful small “lake” next to the most important towns and even a good view of the Garda Lake. The staff was always friendly.

Very old. Unpleasant staff especially at breakfast time. No warm water in the evening, just was at night. Music from bar was too late.

We felt very squashed in the room, we booked for 4 people and the room was too small. The shower head was so badly broken we went out and bought our own one. Bedside light with missing cover.

The hotel was tired and basic with no extras. With a bit of an update and freshen up would have made a big difference and matched the standard of the restaurant. The staff were polite but very impartial, no rapport, lack of customer service. There was no fridge in the room nor coffee making facilities, which would have added to the comfort. It is a shame as with a bit of TLC and customer service this hotel would be a gem.

The hotel was in a great location, picturesque and quiet. Opposite was a little lane to the lake and a promenade, also bus stop outside the entrance was great for exploring, a good base. The restaurant was nice and the food good but service could have been better.

Everything was lovely. Hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily. Staff made us feel welcome and we were well taken care off. Big bonus was the restaurant where we dined a few times. Tasty italian food and a nice wine selection.

The rooms are very tired, fixtures and fittings are a little dodgy. The bathroom was dingy and shower was rubbish. The air con had to be controlled by the front desk on request (which was odd). Rooms felt cramped.

The location and setting are amazing. The breakfast was good and the attached restaurant was outstanding. Beautiful place. Our room had an amazing balcony.
