The rooms were well renovated and super clean. The price was fair and it was super central for the town and station. We at a 6:30 train to catch.

It's in a convenient central location for the city and also not far from the train station. My room was clean, bed comfortable, and all the furniture appeared to have been recently fitted.

The location was amazing, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and easygoing, and the room was perfect for my short stay. Oh, and the breakfast was lovely, with freshly made cappuccino. I'd stay again anytime.

Wi fi didn't work at all on the third floor, it's probably my biggest issue with this hotel. Breakfast was nice but only sweets like croissants and stuff, could use more variety. Please improve on at least wi fi and breakfast options and you'll get better ratings!
Perfect location in the middle of the town near the train station. Rooms are renovated and everything was clean with all amenities. Staff was friendly and nice. Overall really great value for money considering prices in Tuscany.

Indeed the hotel is literally 300m from Arezzo train station, which is great especially when traveling with a large suitcase, and at the same time 5 min walk to the historical sights, which are just across the street. A decent hotel with very decent staff and large rooms.
