No staff present / couldn’t ask a question to anybody, we couldn’t find the apartment either for a while as maps bring up different location and you access through back street.

The hairdryer was extremely old with a lot of dust inside. The feeling was that it was taken from a second hand store. No convenient soap bottle in the bathroom. The tap in the bathroom had too much pressure and water was all the time around the sink and mirror. The decor in the room looks like a nightclub 😊

It was very difficult to find the hotel, because the address leads to a restaurant, not to the hotel itself, and we just spent way too much time asking around where the hotel is.

Very close to the venue location (Arena di averona) and the room itself had interesting design and layout, and the view is really nice.

The shower in the bathroom needs a good clean. Also the front door didn’t feel secure.

3rd floor luggage’s is transport up by their staffs which we feel bad as luggage’s is very heavy

The wifi was non-existent. No hand soap provided in the bathroom. The fridge did not get cold enough. No extra blanket, only a bedsheet. No cups or glasses, no kettle for tea/ coffee making facilities. The room was not soundproof as advertised.

It is not soundproofed, the outside noise is very loud. All night long, the trash was picked up, and bottles were smashed hard. The air conditioning doesn't work, you couldn't even feel it at 16 degrees. The pillows are totally uncomfortable. Under it or in the area is a kitchen from which comes a persistent smell of burnt food.

The apartment is very well located, right in the center. I could say that it is the strong point. It is quite old, but it is ok, clean and quite comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Access is very easy, maps don't take you exactly where you need to go, but if you ask a local, you'll surely get the hang of it. It was clean, ok bedding and clean towels and toiletries available.

Location is excellent. Very close to the Verona arena and city centre. The room was a good size, the bed was big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Access to the building and the room (using a code) was straightforward.

It was already late from the opera but there were more activities in the restaurants below which was quite noisy

The lift was a bit temperamental, closed on me whilst walking in a couple of times and it hurt a bit. WiFi was not great, we just relied on mobile data as WiFi dropped out frequently. Housekeeping staff came into room without knocking or uninvited a few times which was a bit off putting.

The property was amazing, the apartment was so big and the bathroom was unreal, it felt like we were living in luxury. The balcony overlooking the arena is a view like no other and I recommend anyone coming to verona to stay here. Check in was really clear and we had no issues finding the entrance at all

Difficult to find .... all the instructions sent to me were in Italian and didn't translate well We ended up going to the property address listed on booking.com which was a restaurant but they were able to guide us on where to go and it was only 5 mins from there. There was no hairdryer in our room We stayed in the Separate building with the way out decor .... the stairs were quite steep when you have luggage

The directions weren’t clearly stated. The entrance was actually on the back street. After finding the restaurant on the Main Street, at first they didn’t know what I was talking about. Apparently the guy was new but quickly found someone that told him where the entrance was and quickly helped us back there. I am older and had my 12 yr old granddaughter with me. We arrived late and so it was a little scary getting to the back/door at night.

Love, love, loved the decor. The balcony was amazing and we loved the view! The bathroom was amazing and huge!! Near to all the things we wanted to do.
