Well located place, easy to reach and 10 min away from the beach by vehicle. Nice place to stay with your family but only thing staff who are working there need to be more flexible with the people. Specially when they talk with the customers. What I experienced over there wasn’t the best, Reception Girls who I met on 22nd July to 24th July weren’t best to work there. Although when you are working in front you should behave your self and need to maintain your way of speaking to customers. Management have to look at that behavior. (Swimming pool staff , one of the best I have met).

There were some weird rules in the restaurant that we didn't understand in the first days, the staff didn't seem to like it. For example, when we arrived at the restaurant in the evening we just sat down at a table for dinner. We were told that if we didn't have a reservation they couldn't serve us. I explained that we had arrived shortly before for a week's stay, we could not have had a reservation. With great difficulty they understood, the service afterwards was fine. Strangely, on the other days they served us without a reservation without a word. Lunch is only available between noon and 2 pm, but that is the way it is everywhere in Tuscany. This is embarrassing if you arrive hungry from sightseeing shortly after 2 pm. It would be good to put mosquito nets on the windows. It's not a big investment, but it would make a big difference.

Very nice little resort village. Everything you need to relax is in one place. The cottages are modern and spacious, inside the resort there is a large swimming pool with a water playground for the children right next to it, you can keep an eye on them from the pool. The restaurant is very good, with pizza and some local specialities of good quality. Even at half past ten at night, they were still smiling as they prepared the pizza in 5 minutes. Very good staff!

Having to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool is a bit annoying, although it's not unique to this place.

Staff are very friendly. Our children loved the water playground. The swimming pool is great. You can park your car just outside your bungalow.

Kitchen is not so good (both breakfast and dinner are somewhat boring), staff does not speak English, houses are not cleaned regularly (only final cleaning is included in the initial price - if you like the house to be cleaned during your stay, this has to be paid additionally)

kitchen area could be better equipped: there was no kettle, there was no pair of scissors, there was no salt/pepper. Off season was fine. However, we were lucky that there was a big soccer camp staying there as well because otherwise I don't think the think the restaurant would have been open at all....

Superb accommodation, the villa we had was huge with enough room to sleep 10 and 4 of us, very nice plot overlooking the country side, good facilities although we went at the start of the season so they were still preparing things, the market on site was closed so a short drive into Folonica to stock up wasn't a problem, we only used it as a stop over from Rome to Pisa but would happily stay longer, nice pool and the restaurant was well serviced

If you come at summer for sea you have to drive 5km to the beach.

Very well maintained appartment - it looked almost as new. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Kitchen with basic pots maybe some pots more would be better. Big fridge and microwave are a plus. Because it was cold couldnt use the pool. People in restaurant very friendly. Clima worked very good -we heated our appartment. Dogs friendly - they have their own pool and playground. Nice garden in front of the appartment and place to park your car.

Loud music nearly all day long being the closest property to the pool a bit tiresome. Ridiculous policy of not moving sun beds or umbrellas, completely unnecessary! A little noisy road traffic as it’s very close to the main road. But all of these things were not so bad.

Pool, generally facilities for the kids, the kids were well looked after. Value for money for similar accommodation. The entertainment really wanted to motivate everyone to get involved.

Beautiful location. Great for families and caters for our 4 legged friends too. The pool and all the facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone

Lots of lizzards, frogs and mouses outside. For the price linens and rugs are not included(20€ for two), everything is quite old and worn out. Without a car everything is far away. The toilet sound that it want to suck you in. It smells oldish, and inside lots of spider webs. Not the worst we’ve seen but definetely overpriced.

Careful! They charge 10 euro extra for sheets. Our bad we didn't read the small letters but it is the first time in my life that a hotel doesn't provide sheets for free, towels I'll allow it. Who travels with sheets? Especially if we fly there! Absolutely unacceptable.

It was clean and it had parking, people were nice.
