Clean, comfortable and close to the train station. Our stay was very nice. Close to pharmacy and supermarket. Staff always helpful and polite.

Bathroom was very small. Shower was also small and configuration was not good, water sprayed directly onto the shower opening and leaked onto the floor.

I had a room that faced the piazza which made for a lot of noise at night. I didn't mind, but someone else might. Some of the room appliances were functional, but a little dated (hair dryer worked fine but was old, safe took a key and not a code)

Location is perfect, next to an entrance to the train station and easy to walk (difficult for cars to reach). Breakfast was great, many options and made for a very easy morning. Room had everything I needed. Staff was exceptional. They gave great advice on places to eat, things to do, directions, etc.

Eccellent location at a short walking distance from Firenze's main train station Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo. Frendly staff and good breakfast served on a nice little terrace overlooking the amazing Santa Maria Novella Square.

Nice place to stay for several days. The building was safe. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Though the room was small, it was clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple and good. The location was perfect, I could reach all beautiful destinantions by walk, in 5-20 min.

The hotel is very nice and good, just a little bit old in some parts so it would need to be updated. But overall it is a nice hotel which I recommend!

The location is awesome, you can walk around Florence easily and the station is really close.

The location is very good, near the train station. Very easy to find. The staff was very friendly, gave us a lot of information about things to do and transportation. Breakfast had a lot of options.

I wish the bed has been one big mattress rather than two beds put together. I also wish there was a real mini fridge in the room rather than a small drink fridge.

The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. Comfortable bed, easy to find, and a larger shower by Italian standards.

Really not much to complain about. The room was quite small but well furnished...and beautifully appointed. The view from our window was fantastic. The trade off for being so close to the action is that you are aware of street activity, but the well-insulated windows, heavy curtains and shutters did their job and disturbance was minimal.

The breakfast was quite good. A choice of cold meats, cheeses, bread and excellent variety of pastries, cakes etc. The location was amazing. Just to the side of a beautiful piazza, right in the thick of things. Minutes from the station and walking distance to the river and all the sights. Polite, helpful, unobtrusive staff.

The breakfast could have had more fruit selection and better fresh bread choice and gluten free. A gluten free eater needs more bread choices - would be nice to have hot bacon.

Breakfast could have fresh whole meal bread and more fresh fruit choices .. the breakfast room was lovely and the staff very friendly . The reception were very helpful cheerful and professional. We loved the location, perfect for our trip and in the middle of everything so we could walk everywhere. The room was very clean and the furnishings very nice. Good quality and stylish.
