Dissapointed with most of the staff members. For a 4 star hotel we expect them to be trained much better and to know better English - some of them, working at the reception could not understand simple sentences. For 4 days in the hotel I saw only 3 smiles. Nobody had paid attention of the details of our reservation about the beds. Breakfast was nice, but more for a 3 star.

The charges on drinking water. Should’ve been complementary atleast for a night. But €2 per bottle was not a bad price.

Good location closer to public transport, good half board facilities, check out until 12pm was a great part of the booking. We had plenty of time in the morning to rest & then get ready.

The hotel was a little dated (the base of the pool was coming off and our toilet didn't stop running). We also expected from the pictures that there would be a sauna/steam room but this is apparently for paid treatments only. The hotel is also in a strange location in a field outside of the town. We were fine because we had a car, but might be a bit awkward otherwise.

The room and pool were both nice. Not amazing but ok. Was good value for money as we booked early.

The location of the hotel is out of the city centre. You need a car to get somewhere, because in the neighbourhood there are no facilities (stores,...). The toilette was dripping all the time.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice, as well as the pool. Breakfast was nothing special. A good hotel for a short stay.

Reception staff all miserable, no one smiles. No umbrella's available when raining.

No complimentary water was given daily, and no clear signs on the bottles of water in the fridge. We were charged 2.50 euro PER BOTTLE!

Location is a bit out of the way, but we had a car so it was only 5 mins to the port area.

Clean, very comfortable bedding and lovely food. Mario in the Tilibbas Restaurant was fantastic, what a great asset to the businesses, he couldn’t do enough for us and was always sweet making an effort to engage with the children and make them laugh. He also had great knowledge of the wine and made some lovely recommendations. Flamingo bar is great, lovely cocktails and mock tails for the children. Pool was clean and lovely but some of the lining was coming away which didn’t strike us as particularly safe.

The pools were very cold.

Very comfortable, spacious and beautiful rooms with a large balcony. The breakfast was fantastic. I only had a problem with the receptionist (Daniela) who did not want to give me the bill under my company name because I the company does not have a VAT tax number. She was not aware that the US companies do not have VAT numbers

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Olbia was magnificent! We had the best sleep of our life’s and the best pancakes too ( pleaseee give us the mattress and pillow details as well as the recipe for the pancakes!) The pool was really pleasant, they even have a jacuzzi which the lovely lifeguard turned on for us! Carla and Giovanni at the reception were super kind and patient with us, they went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything always with a smile on their face. Special thanks to Giovanni for giving us the most amazing restaurant and routes recommendations, he is not only sweet but an very handsome too x! The only complaint we have would be that we were not aware that we could book a specific view so we were unable to get a room towards the swimming pool but we still enjoyed everything and hopefully will be back again one day! Wonderful breakfast! Fantastic swimming pool! (Though the basement could be improved, it's a bit spooky & rough) On the website it said 10 mins walk to centre. It took us 25 minutes, & not a pleasant road to walk on. We took taxis. Expensive!!

•Pool should have been open on 1st June which we had confirmed before we arrived… it didn’t open during our stay. We sat on the sun beds when weather was ok. Hotel did arrange for us to go to sister hotel but we only booked the Hilton as it had pool facilities. We left on 6th June & there was no sign of the pool opening. 😤 •Hot food at breakfast wasn’t hot!

the pool was still closed, it should have opened before we arrived, this was blamed on the previous bad weather, this can’t be helped but maybe some sort of compensation would have been nice, complimentary drinks, meal etc? Also, breakfast seemed chaotic and unorganised at times, not the best selection of foods, especially fruit.

the bathtube is high so a little bit difficult to go inside for me. Also, they just had a room on first floor that has an open hall to the bar and the noise during the morning was a bit loud.

the room is comfortable and big. The bed is good and breakfast is a high point.
