Room was very small and needs renovation. Old, chipping furniture, old flooring and bathroom.

Staff was very pleasant, thwre was no problem with late arrival or leaving the luggages after check out. Breakfest was nice and sufficient for 3 day stay (every day the same products were available). Good coffee. Nice location, next to tram stop and close to city center.

It was showing it age a little... a little careworn (but for the price?). Some of the guests seemed to like to stand in the hallways and talk loudly to each other... especially after hours (alas).

Pretty good location, nice people at the front. It was fine for the stay we needed and economical. Relatively clean...

The staff was very helpful. The location is really close - 20 min walk to the duomo. Also very convinient bus and tram stop. Very clean room. Very good wifi. The breakfast was nice.

No elevator, but the staff makes up for it by carrying the luggage to your room.

Excellent location, lovely area, fully satisfies all your basic needs, unassuming but very convenient and comfortable, fridge in room (though not advertised), room stocked with additional pillows and blankets, coffee service in-house until late at night, the only hotel with two chairs, not just one, in a room for two (unlike the case everywhere else, with rooms twice and thrice the size), super helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff!

We had to walk 1.2 km to the main shopping centre,Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which is a bit far.

Warm and comfortable room. The receptionist who checked us into the hotel is the same person who prepared the coffee and takes care of breakfast. Very efficient. Close to Metro

The street is noisy with people eating and drinking outside till midnight. Our room was at the front of the hotel. I imagine a back room would be quieter.

Small but comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff (they were happy to see us well before regulation check in time and looked after our bags for the morning after we checked out). Very good breakfast. Superb location: in attractive residential neighbourhood. Just a three minute walk to tram stop with regular trams direct to Duomo and Stazione Centrale and a wide variety of very good places to eat within two or three blocks.

The bathroom is small but the shower is just tiny, super uncomfortable for a grownup, im 1.6, was hard to shower, could not wash my hair… no elevator, not a big deal but we dont have big luggage.

Close tram and subway, easy to get to the center in no time, a loooot of restaurants in the erea, good price for value, very nice staff, nice size room with a good air conditioner.

Staff is the best we've had in ages. Super helpful, friendly, and always with a smile on their faces. The hotel provides good value for money, considering the prices in Milan, and excellent location. The croissants for breakfast were so good!

Building works next door and traffic noise outside but still had a great stay!

About a 20 minute walk to Duomo but very safe area with lots of little restaurants. Room was average size, kept clean and staff were always on hand.
