Should have a net over the window as it’s warm and we needed the window open, which caused a lot of mosquitoes to get in and bite. Should also consider adding some more lights? Either bed lamps or anything. Now it just had one big lamp which was annoying at nighttime.

The place was nice, clean, and had a newly renovated bathroom which was really nice. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage even though we arrived 4 hours before check-in.

Location wise was very good, although needs improvement on facilities such as bathroom but, if was clean. The staff named Egle was really helpful and kind enough to assist us with our luggage

It was in a really central location. The room was quite small, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep. No elevator, but the walk up was not bad with carry-on luggage.

If mobility is a problem this is not an ideal hotel. quite a few steps to walk up, but you kind of expect in an old building. the bed also had a strange orientation, but not a big deal.

Well located to the tourist area and the train station. Reception was more the welcoming. if you are a smoker there was a private terrace.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location and an easy access to the main attractions of Florence. The biggest minus is that it doesn't have an elevator and you need to carry on the huge luggage with you. The staff is friendly and helpful.

As a student, i booked this hotel with my friend and the room is quite small, the baggages were all over the place we could not walk inside the room.

The location was 10/10. Very central. The staff was very helpful when checking in and out,Ingele from the reception helped us with the baggages. I would recommend for a short stay.

There is supposed to be free breakfast. I didn't see it out, but I also didn't ask, so I am not 100% sure. But that's on me. Also, there was some minor maintenance issues, but I understand the building is older and this was not an expensive stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great locations, friendly staff, and the room was much larger than expected. This place is very clean and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located between the train station Florence Santa Novella and the other main attractions.
