There was no soap or toiletries in the bathroom when I arrived, and it was late that night so I was too tired to pop back down again. I managed with my own shampoo. Assumed it was simply an oversight that day.

Great breakfast. Obviously chocolate theme. But good spread. Great check in staff. Nice clean, simple room. Working, do great location for road trip stop for meetings. Stopped between Venice and Rome.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall I liked the room and how the space and furniture were arranged. Also, it can be hot inside, due to central heating, which is not a drawback but you should be prepared.

The hotel and room were kinda dated, but I knew that already. Breakfast was great but some of the food could be of better quality. Several breakfast room staff asked for room number even though we were already asked at the entrance.

The breakfast really had an amazing number of choices. The hotel's chocolate shop offers the same prices as the shop downtown, and they also give 10% discount to the guests. Staff were nice.

The bed was kinda hard, and the first day we were there the heater was off and turning it on didn't do anything. Apparently it was turned off from the main switch. Had to call the front desk 2x to resolve this.

Breakfast as abundant as everyone says (maybe even a bit more so because it was Christmas), though we couldn't eat that much as everything was so sweet. The shop downstairs give you the same price com as shops downtown, plus they give you 10% as staying guests.

Nothing really, near a busy traffic route.

The hotel is not very far from Perugia city centre, on the outskirts. The chocolate theme is everywhere you look, outside and inside. At the entrance there is a spacious lobby with showcases displaying all sorts of chocolate delicacies. The reception desk is on the right and the restaurant further inside. Staff at the Reception desk were very helpful, welcoming and polite. The room we were given was very comfortable and clean. With complimentary tea/coffee facilities, a small fridge, comfy bed and well supplied bathroom with bathtub/shower. Dinner and supper are available at the restaurant (Ground Floor - Ristorante Buone Nuove) with some very tasty meals available (risotto, cold cuts). The service was excellent too. Breakfast is an event, an enormous choice of sweets, especially chocolate flavored, with any sweet delicacy you can imagine. Not to mention the excellent continental/Italian style breakfast buffet. And the staff are extremely polite and helpful. An experience not to be missed. We most certainly recommend and aim to return. The bed was a little hard. Location wise there were buses (and once I arrived the team were helpful to guide on what bus to catch) but I walked from the station and would not recommend this with luggage as there is limited foot paths and it’s quite uneven.

The breakfast was amazing and lots of fun. The staff were super lovely and very helpful with any questions I had.

To reach the city centre, it is necessary either to climb very steep hills for 40 minutes, or to take the bus or mini metro train.

The hotel is out of the city centre, so it was fairly quiet at night. Lots of free parking, a fantastic range of breakfast choices and friendly and helpful staff.

The room was ok, and it smelled musty. The location isn't great but it is a 25-30 minute walk to the top of the town.

I think people should stay here just for the breakfast. Its like being a kid in a candy store.

We were excited for the chocolate experience, but we're somewhat disappointed. Many of the food items were not fresh. There were very few guests, which surprised me. The facilities seemed a little tired and run down. Just saying.

A bit of a walk up to the old town centre.

they need to work on the gluten free desserts in breakfast fast. our celiac daughter was very disappointed when she realized that she can't eat anything from the huge buffet table with all the chocolate. they to have a nice gluten free stand with bread and some dry cack but it is not comparable. they didn't even have a small closed Nutela or other kind of chocolate to use as a gluten free chocolate. we asked them.

An amazing breakfast

Hard to say,… my expectations were very, very high and I must admit I was kind of disappointed at my stay. It’s just a regular hotel, with a chocolate breakfast with lots and lots of sugar! It’s amazing to experience this! But the rest was very standard. No water boiler in the room, there was a bar downstairs but mostly empty. The dinner was on the roof only (in the full sun), also the walls were very, I mean Very thin. The hotel was somewhat old, but in chocolate style. The staff was very friendly as well and pleased to help you if you have questions (but no nice chat or so). The pool was OK, caps are a must (available at the hotel) but reminded me of the 70s too much (youth trauma 🤣) besides the chocolate, it’s just a regular hotel. Good thing that they offer bread, fruit yoghurt as well for breakfast. Mostly happy with my stay, but wouldn’t go back soon if the breakfast is their only ‘standing out’

The position is abit far from the old city/cultural area. If you want to walk its quite a tough climb..... but at least there's a bus stop just in front of hotel to get the easy way to the old town.

The staff was very nice and helpful.. the pool area is very nice. and we also had a dinner in their restaurant and the food was really good.
