Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineToo many mosquitos, they should have a repeller or a mesh on windows. The house is very old, so they have insects in a bathroom and the wood is a bit eaten by termites, but in general it's not disgusting.
I enjoyed to stay in the property, as it was super calm beautiful location with a huge garden, small terraces, the pool, and vineyards. There were many facilities outside the apartment, different benches and cozy chairs with tables, so we enjoyed to drink wine outside at the evening. Also, the property has a fantastic view on Florence and suburbs. The room was stylish and very cute, I even took a bath.

United KingdomWe loved everything! We’d recommend being aware that the bus service isn’t the most timely, so to have a taxi backup plan.
We absolutely loved our stay here. Elisabetta was a wonderful host who made us feel like family. The room and bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was nice to cook in. We loved sitting by the peaceful pool and enjoying wine in the garden.

United States of AmericaWe ate breakfast the first morning and it was ok. It is 9 euro per person. I just wished there would have been a lower rate for kids since our girls eat very little, but I get it. Because of that and because we were sleeping in we chose not to eat breakfast there.
The place had a very nice and quiet atmosphere. We will come back again. I am usualy afraid that the water doesn't have enough pressure, but there were no issues with that. The kids used the pool (you need a swimming cap, but the host can provide you with one) that was clean. The host was very nice and helped us with our extremely late check in (thanks Air Dolomity for delaying us almost 3h). Clean towels, kitchen... everything. We stayed in El Camino - one bedroom with a nice little kitchen, one queen and two twin beds. No mosquitos issues. There are some plugins that keep them away. During our stay in June 2023 there were insane temperature in Florence and it was very nice to come back and relax here, away from the heat and smelly crowds from Florence.

Netherlands- The road going uphill to the place is narrow, drive carefully. - Wifi connection is weak in our room. But at the communal area is good.
- It was a lovely and relaxing stay for our family, beautiful vineyard, farmhouse with history, and a pool. - Elisabetta, the owner was very friendly and helpful, she gave us tips to travel around Firenze with small kids. - Our room was very spacious, a small kitchen but complete with everything, 4 stove tops and an oven :) - Our kids made friend with the guardian of the agriturismo, Diana the cat who came to visit us every morning and evening. - The view from this agriturismo is fantastic, perched on the hills overlooking the vineyard and villages nearby. - 15 mins drive to florence city

Beautifully done and felt really Italian. It was a fantastic experience to be staying in a Vineyard with lovely views and wine to taste. It was very well located, easy reach to Florence but out in a peaceful place. We couldn’t have dreamt up a place like this!

GermanyWe loved the pool, the atmosphere and the breakfast! It is possible (but very exhausting) to reach the place by public transport although you have to carry your luggage uphill for about 20min. Once you arrive at the agriturismo you can regard yourself with a refreshing bath in the pool. Next to the Busstation you find a small store which offers nearly everything you need.

SpainBathroom and kitchen extractor fans were very noisy. The kitchen was adequately equipped with utensils etc but some kitchen roll, oil and pepper would have helped (there was salt and sugar). The ceiling fan pull switch was broken off so we had to use a chair to reach the switch. The hot water wasn't quite hot enough for washing up and ensuring that equipment was clean so we had to boil the kettle, also for a really hot shower it wasn't quite hot enough. We found the under kitchen unit light and extractor fan on the second day so some notes on where things are would be really helpful.
Fabulous location and views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Secure property with electronic gate, keys for access to the building, communal lounge area and our room. Shower gel/shampoo was lovely. Very comfortable bed and so quiet that we had a good night's sleep. Recycling bins outside.
