It was very noisy (our room was facing the main street) during the fay and room walls were very thin so you could hear people next to you..

Walking distance to all historic places, free parking for motorcycles in front of hotel. There is no breakfast, but free coffe, tea, water and snacks are good idea.

Although they mentioned in the chat, they told that they have a option for breakfast, but which was not there. This is only missing point.

They have really big room, which is clean and comfortable too. One more bonus point, is the they have terrace for hanging around. Folks are really helpful. Helped us to get our taxi with in 10 min. It is located just next to the river,a nice place to go for walk. It is a value for money hotel.

it’s not like the usual hotels I was expecting; this one is more of a mix between a multiple airbnbs building and a hotel; they do clean and change your towels everyday, they offer you water everyday and some instant coffe and tea alongside a sweet snack everyday since they do not offer breakfast. I did not expect breakfast since I knew when I booked that they don’t have it so the sweet snacks were nice and they do indeed have AMAZING breakfast places right next to the hotel

the location by the river was nice, not the closest to the city center but very easily accessible by bus, also restaurants around this accomodation were some of the best we went to and we went multiple times because of the great food, staff was very friendly and they gave us a map with recommendations and directions; the rooms and bathroom were clean enough and we encountered no bugs other than the mosquitos who entered through our window:)) but they do offer some anti-mosquito device to plug in so that’s nice

The place is perfect for visiting Firenze. Easy by bus and not far away from the center. The ceiling is well painted. Facilities in the room was good. The staff are warm and welcome.

The staff was not very professional. We arrived at 10pm and the receptionist was very quick in the explanation of the hotel services and check-in because he was at the end of his turn.

Perfect location - quiet area but a short walk into the centre of Florence. No breakfast available at the hotel but the fantastic Bottega di Pasticceria was just around the corner. Staff were extremely helpful.

The hairdryer was a bit with low powers, AC was good but could had a higher flow.

The location was really good, quite near to Ponte Vechio (around 15-20 min by foot). The room was very clean. Staff was really nice.

-You need to take buses/walk to get to the main attractions but it's not a problem with us; although it's not close to Florence SMN station (30min bus ride away), it's more conveniently located for Florence Campo Marte station -We stayed in the room close to the front desk and can sometimes hear voices echoing from the hallway

-Clean room & toilet with enough space -Water kettle & free cookies in the room -Luggage can be left at reception -You can buy bus tickets from the front desk (this is convenient on weekends when many tabbacherias are closed, & buying from the bus driver costs €1 more!) -Close to Rose Garden with great views of Florence and a nice park across the bridge

Could've had better air circulation, but I'm not expecting much since its Italy.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Piazza Ferrucci and the river. The rooms are typical European small size, but the bathroom was much bigger than expected. The ceiling was obviously antique and they had to building around it. It had plug ins, good lighting and comfy beds.

Air conditioning wasn't great. We were very warm both nights. Room was a bit cramped. Looked much bigger in pictures. No buffet breakfast available.

Large shower with good water pressure! Quiet hotel. Parking was easy. Some snacks, water, tea and coffee supplies in the room for free. Location is good if you're up for a bit of a walk into the centre (25-30 mins).
