Location was great and in walking distance to most things. Breakfast was generous and very good: breads, croissants, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, fresh fruit or juice - yum! Staff was helpful, responsive & friendly. Very clean, comfortable beds.

Traditional Italian family hotel, about 20 min stroll to the village. Or use the C30 bus. Bellagio has a lot of tourists but this hotel is pleasantly out of their way.

Very few outlets (for a triple room we had stuff to charge) and the shower was tiny-it was hard to move around in there. But the water pressure and temp. were both good.

The location is wonderful. It's away from the crowds but within walking distance of the action. Beautiful view of mountains out the window. The breakfast was terrific. Lots of options and generous portions. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our interactions with the hotel dog too.

A bit too far from tow/waterfront. Long walk, big hill. Makes it impossible to stop back during day or go out at night.

Location is a 10- 15 minute easy walk to town but the route was easy and pleasant.

Lovely and helpful staff, including the dog! Location is ten minutes walk from the centre, very quiet and safe location. I will definitely come back to Hotel Fioroni next time I am around Lake Como.

This is a common complaint of mine, but the lack of plant milk impaired my enjoyment of breakfast. My only other complaint is that I could hear the couple next door talking, so the rooms could be better soundproofed. Maybe another thing, which was common to all the places I stayed in Italy, and certainly not unique to this hotel, was having to pay the tourist tax separately.

The hotel was reachable in 15 minutes from the town centre. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, with a TV, fridge, safe, heated towel rail, and a juliet balcony with an amazing view of mountains in the distance and lake Como to the left . There were plenty of lighting options, - a small lamp, spotlights either side of the headboard, and a hall light, besides the main light. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with requests about where to catch the buses to Como St Giovanni and Lecco ( both adjacent). There was a big friendly dog too that liked playing ball! Lastly, I greatly appreciated the free breakfast.

WiFi connection could be a bit better but my 4G worked fine.

The view of the mountains from the room was great, all the staff were very helpful especially the lady on reception who recommended some nice places to eat and provided a useful map of Bellagio, and the breakfast options were also good.

The room was very clean with hot water all day and very comfortable for 3 people .The staff was very polite and helpful they even provided a map with instructions. The breakfast was rich with a lot of options for every taste . We will for sure visit again in the future !! The pets were the highlight 😃😃😃

It turns out Bellagio is a summer resort. We didn't know that but many places were closed due to it being off season

We were able to check in even after check in time thanks to the kind staff. The rooms were very nice and the place is in a central location

In 1 unit room - double bed, there are two separate beds put together and the matrasses are not joint and keep moving at night making a hole in the middle of bed. We only stayed one night so did not complain. Otherwise everything was great

Very clean, in reality rooms are much better than in the photos, views are amazing even from non lake view rooms, also you can see the lake from spacious balcony. Nice breakfast & friendly staff.
