Great Location

The apartment is a little farther away from the main attractions that we had hoped. For those that may have difficulty walking it could be problematic. We have small children so wanted to stay closer to the main attractions and we thought this place was. It isn't terribly far, but farther than you may think. Plus there isn't a great deal of places open later at night since it's a residential area. If you don't mind those to minor items, the place is great. The other item is that you are on the ground floor which has a garden in the back. Even with all of the windows closed, we had issues with mosquitoes inside the house for our entire stay. It could have been the time of year as there was some rain while we were there, but we didn't have issues as we ventured around the city.

The apartment is huge, well decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds were very comfortable. The ceilings are very high and you have a very open feeling about the apartment. The property manager was excellent. He helped us arrange transport to the soccer match and checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed.

Location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the Duomo and around the area were nearby museums, cafes, restaurants, etc. Everything was walkable from the place. There is a grocery store beside the place. The hosts Alberto and Francesco were very accommodating, friendly, and kind! They were very communicative since before we arrived until we checked out. Francesco helped us sort out a minor issue regarding the water heating which didn't work on the first day. Francesco was amazing! The room was also very spacious and it had everything that we needed. The balcony had a view of the Duomo and the city which we loved. We hope to return again and we highly recommend this place!!

Family loved this apartment, clean, spacious, unique. Location was amazing. Francesco met us with the keys at the agreed upon time and went above and beyond during checkin and checkout.

the roof of the bathroom was leaking black water straight down to the toilet bowl when it was raining, we couldn’t use it that moment. the internet is pretty slow, even to load google map. the sofa bed made noise when you moved, every time I woke up and try to not move in case to wake up my kid.

location is very good. service is good too. it has everything you need.

Everything was great. One minor thing was the AC - it didn’t cool and the apartment felt warm. Not a big deal because the weather was fantastic.

The water in the main bathroom shower did not drain properly. Also the second bathroom was quite small. I hit my head a couple times while getting up from the toilet. The third bedroom can be only for one person( not two). Closet needed in 3rd bedroom. More lighting needed in all the rooms.

The authentic old style apartment really gave a nice feel. Master bedroom was very spacious. Second bedroom was also a good size. The host was excellent and made sure everything was clean and ready for us. We had a wonderful stay.

It did have about two steps outside and about ten steps inside to get to the apartment. Not a problem for us but if it was 2 older adults it may have been an issue although Lorenzo did help with our luggage.

The location was great. Walking distance to Duomo. Across from Police station. The place was spacious and clean. The showers though were on the small size. A/C worked very well. Had espresso pot available. Fridge worked fine but freezer door was not closed because I’ve had frozen all through it. Lorenzo came back as soon as we noticed it and chipped away and melted the ice so it would be available to us. They also arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station but one of the taxis didn’t show so we only had room for 4 of us and 12 pieces of luggage. My two adult sons walked to the train station as it wasn’t that far but difficult to do with our luggage. (Not Lorenzo or Alberto’s fault). We had problems getting a taxi from the train station so we walked with our luggage all the way there when we first got there. I would definitely rent again if we go back.

Alberto was a great host. Was always a phone call away. Helped us with taxis. Also had someone come over the day we left to help us take out luggage down the stairs.

Alberto and Francesco were wonderful hosts. Francesco greeted us at the apartment to hand us the keys. He gave a tour and proceeded to turn the ac units on. All rooms had electric black outs, that was a great bonus for a comfortable sleep. He left toiletries for us. The only problem we encountered was with the washer but I’m sure it will be fixed for the next guest. Alberto was cordial and even set a cab for our last day to get to the train station.

Was just a bit off location. But it’s not that bad as Firenze is quite accessible.

Everything works ! Location was good— just a hop away from the supermarket. Rooms were very clean. The air conditioners were all working. Lights, kitchen, toilets — nothing but good things to say! And best of all, Alberto is the PERFECT HOST! He made sure we are there to enjoy and he’s just a call away. But we ended up not needing to call him because everything in the room was just perfect.

It was great - only minor suggestion was no coffee machine, but that was minor as we got coffee fresh from cafe down the street every morning.

Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 6, excellent bathrooms for an old building. Prompt communication and attention of property manager. The location is good- you need to hop on a bus for city center but the area near apartment is quiet and has some nice restaurants all walking distance. Grocery store and cafes very close by.
