There are few things to mention but it is not the end of the world: It was a certain smell , I think the previous guest had a dog and the smell still persists. One of the other guests played an instrument every evening until 10 p.m. I would have preferred you listen to the sound of nature instead.

Very nice and quiet location just outside Siena. The views are beautiful. The size of the apartment was generous for a family of four and the second bathroom was well appreciated. At a walking distance you can find a pasticeria where you can have a quick lunch or dinner not to mention the cappuccino in the morning . Overall it was a perfect point to move around Toscana.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived! After we left, we turned on the air conditioner and the apartment only warmed up at night. The heating system can be activated 1-2 hours before the customers arrive. Apart from that, the only negative thing I saw was that the towels were not clean :(

Coming from North America, one of the things we are used to is a facecloth in the bathroom. The host when asked for one came back with something that measured 12" x 18". NOT a facecloth. Petty I know, but try using and soaping one of those up in the tiny little cubicles they call showers.

No Breakfast was included, however the host was kind enough to allow us to check in early as Google Maps stopped working. We did not arrive until the morning after our arrival time.

The owner is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Gave me hints where to do shopping, to eat and also hints where to park the car when going to Siena. The property is nice and quiet, all that I needed.

There was no breakfast except for a few pkts of processed items, but this seems to be the norm for B&Bs. in Italy. Also, like most, the shower area is quite cramped .

Parking space is very good, the location is quite close to the old city area. The room had a nice small garden with a nice view of the countryside.

Everything perfect! I couldn't recommend it more. Paola who received us is very kind and friendly. We stay in a studio with a toscany style, so beautiful and cute, with every facilities necessary to a wonderful stay, very clean and organised. Every peace of the property is beautiful surrounded by a beautiful nature. Its ideal for someone who is looking for a calm place to stay. Its located 40min by walking to the Siena city center and 18 min. by bus. There is a close bus stop with bus each 1hour to the center.

A ceiling fan or air conditioner would have been nice, but we were ok overall.

Semi-rural purpose built accommodation. We had an ‘apartment’ which consisted of a main room subdivided into a kitchen/diner/lounge area and a bedroom with a small bathroom leading from the kitchen. The spaces were small but functional. There is outside space for eating with a reasonable view. Everything was adequate and pleasant enough, and everything worked.

Our stay at this house was an absolute delight. First, the location couldn't have been more convenient. Situated in close proximity to Siena, The house was located away from the bustling city center, but in a peaceful atmosphere provided the ideal retreat after a day of sightseeing. The presence of two bathrooms in the apartment was an absolute game-changer, particularly for those traveling with family. Additionally, the access to a washer was a plus. Being able to do laundry at our own convenience allowed me to pack lighter and make the most of our time I must mention Paola, the host. Her warm welcome and insightful advice on local attractions and activities truly added a personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend this location to who is looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in this enchanting Italian region.

It’s not bad but I think this is a good option if you’re traveling with a car otherwise maybe it’s less practical.

It’s an amazing place to stay, surrounded by nature in case you don’t want to stay in the city and want to feel more like in Tuscany. The lady that hosted us whose name I didn’t get was very helpful and nice, recommended restaurants and showed all the apartment perfectly. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable as well as cozy. I would 100% recommend.

The appartment was lacated in a quiet place, few km from Siena, with the beautiful view. The apartment has a terrace and garden where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very good place if You want to see Siena but You don't want to stay in the city.

Do not expect fancy, but great value for money!

Property was above expectations - We stayed for a night and we were 4 adults. The apartment was spacious enough with 2 separate rooms, a kitchen and air conditioning. Def, great value for money and better in real life than pictures!!
