We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe AC didn't work. When we asked about it the hotel manager told us that in that at that time of the year (September) they turned it off.
The location is amazing, the fact that it is on the hill gives you the best view of Brixen city. The Dinner is absolutely AMAZING! So delechios and very unique!

Haller Suites is absolute perfection. The view from the bedroom and bathroom was unbelievable! Such an extra treat to stay over New Years, dine at the AO restaurant, and get to see the fireworks from our room and the upstairs terrace. The town was cute, especially during the Christmas market. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we will remember forever! Brixen isn't right on the mountain like the town we were previously in (Ortisei), but the value and level of service we received at Haller Suites far exceeded what we got in Ortisei. The bathtub alone was worth staying out of the way a little and making the drive to the slopes.

We truly loved everything about our stay at Haller. the room was beautiful and the balcony gave way to an even more beautiful Mountain view. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond for us, they even made and packed us a breakfast sack for our early morning hike. Truly a great stay.

Breakfast was huge and the dinners were exceptional. I liked the general laid back approach the hotel took with times (breakfast was until 11am) and dinners were never rushed. The hotel. The hotel also gave a free ticket for the bus and could offer all types of information on the general area.

We had a wonderful stay in Haller Hotel. It started with the reception which was very cordial. Immediately we were offered a refreshment. The check in by Teresa was quick and easy. The suite is very well designed with eye for the details. The view over Brixen is stunning. As well from the terrace as from the bed when waking up. The service is impeccable. All the staff members are friendly and courteous. Teresa and Michaela are wonderful people who know how to make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast is good and sumptuous. Twice we had luncheon on the terrace, especially made for us. The best wines are being served. The hotel is highly recommendable.

The hotel is very stylish and the rooms have really beautiful views. They produce their own delicious wines and have a really great restaurant. The facility is located on the hill, but it’s very close to the city center of Bressanone. Dolomites are only 20 minutes driving away.
