We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Amazing decor a living museum but with amazing spa facilities. Room was spacious as was bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful Hemingway bar with live music and great cocktails. Staff so helpful and friendly

Amazing Grand-Hotel in front of Lago Maggiore. The beautiful and new spa ist just amazing, while the rest of the hotel gives you the feeling of living in a palace. We enjoyed every minute.

SwitzerlandRequirement for reservation of the Spa access on the weekend. Even if you arrive early at a time for which no reservation is required, you will be THROWN OUT later to make room for the subsequently arriving guests. A better communication would be desirable here.

SwitzerlandIt doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel in some aspects. For example, there’s no tea or coffee available in the room. Because it is a centenary building, the sound isolation is not good. We heard phone alarms, flushing the toilet, people talking in other rooms. Spa is much smaller than expected for the size of the hotel. Need to book in advance during the weekends.
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There’s plenty of parking spaces if you are travelling by car. The indoor swimming pool is nice.
