Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The weather was overcast, although the temperature was very comfortable.
It was a short walk to the Metro and the Funicular. It was also a short walk to other sites and there could have been a million restaurants in the area, but we didn't bother counting. The Catacombs in Sanitá were interesting, but we took a taxi as it was a long walk. Didn't have time to go back to Underground Napoli. Saw it on an earlier visit and it was fascinating

We had the most wonderful stay in Napels for our anniversary thanks to the amazing assistance of Michele. He made sure our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The location of the hotel is superb and the friendliness of the staff heartwarming. The cleaning ladies made sure our room was a little palace every day again. The restaurant at the top floor was a treat to have our breakfast at. Thank you Michele, Oriana and all other staff for this wonderful stay. We will for sure be back!

The reception area is small and detracts slightly from the overall look and feel of the hotel.
A lovely stylish hotel in the centre of Naples, very clean with pleasant helpful staff. The upstairs lounge area was relaxing with an outside balcony for breakfast.

Bath tub is not convenient for older people, because it is hard to get there and it is slippery. Shower cabin would be better.

Very good location in the city center, close to the metro. Clean, comfortable room. On the top floor there is a wonderful veranda with a beautiful view of the city. Good breakfast.

Breakfast staff were rather rude and abrupt.
View from rooftop bar is amazing. Evening staff Fulcino and Paula were brilliant and fabulous hosts. Room was clean and a great size, nice and quiet on floor 7.

Hotel is beautiful but it is a relatively old structure and the room could be better and cleaner. Breakfast is good but not as excellent as I would have expected in Napoli.
Very good position in city center. Close to Toledo Metro Station it is the perfect location for travelling in the city center. Breakfast location is very nice on top of the building with a good view of the Vesuvio (apart from an ugly skyscraper in between)

Nothing... Absolutely everything was perfect 😁.
Everything! From our arrival to us leaving 4 days later the staff couldn't have been any better. Any request we had they dealt with it immediately and professionally. The food, both breakfast and an evening meal was superb! There was a wide selection to choose from and was fresh and plentyful. Special thanks to the bar staff for looking after us and providing us with their excellent service.

The room was clean, large (executive dbl room), nice view, blackout curtains, and amazingly quiet. The hotel is in a very busy area and there was traffic noise during the day, however, after 21:00, it was quiet. The room had 2 windows that opened. The windows were soundproof to a point during the day, but at night, perfection. The breakfast was good with a great selection. Staff was professional, with most being friendly. There's tons of everything nearby. (Restaurants, groceries, shopping of all kinds). The central rail station is about 1.5 km away. The Metro is about a block away from the hotel, though I didn't use it. Firm mattress and nice linens. I would recommend it.

The room is dark. They only use lamps to light up the room but the lamps are not very bright. It is difficult to read things in the room. We complained to the receptionist but he could not do anything.
The hotel is well maintained - clean and modern. Breakfast at the top of the hotel was also nice - food and the view. The location is also good as it is next to the shopping street of Via Toraldo.

Our first room that was given had some issues with its aluminium frames, which solved with another room, thank to the helpful staff.
The hotel is located in the middle of everything; the metro station "Toledo" is on your doorsteps and it's just 4 stations far from Napoli Centralle Garibaldi. There are several nice tratorias and restaurants within walking distance, while Spacanapoli is about 15 minutes walking. The room was cozy and quiet; in spite that it was next to the lifts, it had good soundproofing. Mattress and pillows were really good, hot water in the shower. We would like also to thank the staff; were so polite and helpful. And the chef of the restaurant on the 9th floor for the delicious spagetti with zucchini.
