The location is superb, at the entrance to Ortigia. The room was small but elegant with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff were all very pleasant.

Beautiful hotel right on the marina. Incredibly well appointed with an old time feel. Staff was very helpful in every way. Roof top restaurant was terrific. Highly recommend.

The bathroom was tired. The toilet pan was loose in the floor and the bath and sink plugs were not work g properly. Shower head would not stay in position. We were in room 205.

This hotel is perfectly situated by a marina in a quiet area of the island, yet within walking distance to everything. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and located on the top floor overlooking the water. Our rooms were beautiful with all the wood and tile/marble floors. This hotel is where we will definitely stay on our next trip to Ortigia.

Shower and bathtub very old fashioned. Green light lamp too bright, disturbing sleep. Breakfast good but could be improved with better variety of non-sweet options (too much focus on sweet tooth).

Nice building, both from outside and inside. Lots of detail inside, especially art and artefacts. Excellent location in front of marina, direct access to town, parking in front.

1. We were not allowed to control AC in room 2. No glasses plastic or other in the room 3. Mini single water bottle for 2 people to share per day. 4. Did not care for the strong diffuser smell all over 5. Minor issue- No conditioner supplied, fortunately the front desk found one. I thought all 5* hotels offer it.

Nice to walk down the third floor hallway to an awesome breakfast. Seaffront location perfect. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Attendant who parked our car did well.

The beds were a lil hard. We paid for a sea view but the trees block the view. So think the 1st floor room should be charged as see view since the trees have grown so large.

View from the roof. Perfect location to everything. Private parking and breakfast. My son loves the omelettes.

Room was a bit dated, and can do with a revamp. Also, I think the rooms have very thin walls, and we could hear movement on top of us, as well as from outside the room and nextdoor.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Ortigia, right by the sea. Also super central to shops, the market and restaurants. Hotel room was a bit dated, but the lobby area room waa gorgeous. The breakfast was basic, but good. Lovely open views in the breakfast / dining area.

There was nothing we didn't like! Everything was wonderful!

We loved the views all around! The restraunt for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff was so professional, accommodating, and friendly! The proximity to old city was exceptional and the parking facility was quite convenient!

ALL the staff was exceptional in every way. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice variety of European & American... View from the roof restaurant & terrace is a wonderful combination of harbor and view of the historic rooftops. Location was super.

Great service and amazing location. View from the restaurant is very special. I loved breakfast with the view of ocean & the city of Ortigia. The staffs were very responsive for my mother's special assistance with her wheelchair from the moment of reservation.

Luxury atmosphere immediately when stepping in. Front desk staff very helpful, solving many transportation problems. Nice room and bath, impeccable clean. Everything 5 stars, and so was breakfast. Hot items made to order, otherwise good buffet. The breakfast was served on top floor restaurant, with awesome sea view. Location was perfect on the northern tip of Ortigia, short walk to main sights and many restaurants.
