Nothing. My only suggestion would to do a signature dish that only you do! The last 18 GM drive up was frightening and I couldn’t believe that we had to go down a people traffic street to get to the hotel but there is no silutuon and once we got there we calmed down.

Breakfast was excellent. There could have been some sweet rolls but I am pushing to find a negative. The selection was the norm and if you really wanted to stand out I would suggest something out of the ordinary that only you would have. Service was outstanding and the food was excellent.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The views, location, service, history and class, food. It was all exceptional. One thing that completely stands out as well is the cleanliness.. never been to any hotel which is as clean as this one.

The location is very good. There is free parking. We rented a private boat, very convenient, the hotel has a pier. The breakfast was delicious, especially the candied peaches. The hotel's Italian restaurant is very good. Recommended!!!

Wonderful property amazing really the best hotel I have ever been in my life the staff so professional so nice the owner of the property can be proud of them excellent breakfast and le restaurant le mistral grande cuisine du cordon blue bravo au chef and all his team le sommelier as well . The piano lobby was beautiful and with nice ambiance excellent cocktails and excellent service thanks a lot for all the personnels and staff of grand hotel villa de Serbelloni The room lovely decorated the bathroom has shower and bathtub as well the service of the transportation from Milan airport and from the hotel to Milan airport was excellent service thanks for the nice professional driver sénior LUIGI . Hopefully being in grand hotel villa Serbelloni on my next trip to Bellagio next year on may or on October once again arrivederci 🇮🇹❤️

The heating was difficult to control.We found it to be too hot and had to sleep with the windows wide open,although it was cold outside.

The duvets on the beds are really weird. They are very small and don't provide a lot of warmth or comfort. It's hard to keep covered during the night. That's the only downside to an otherwise wonderful hotel

The only negative was leaving this exceptional property. The crowds OUTSIDE the property in Bellagio are overwhelming. Visit the village early or late in order to enjoy the beauty. Midday is unbearable.

It doesn’t get any better than here. Everything is top notch. The staff is congenial and can’t do enough including personally showing you around.
