Some small furniture and accessories (e.g. chair, bin, shoe sponge) were missing in the room.

Very close to station so great spot to stay and visit the area. The area is busy but I did not feel unsafe at all with my daughter. You just need be cautious and pay attention. It was a very good central location.

This hotel still uses plastic cups and cup wrappers in the bathroom. Thought that was a thing of the past :(

A very comfortable hotel for the price. Ideal location right next to the main train station. Great for train/airport transfers and ideal for a few days stay in Napoli. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a little bit expensive for what there was and there is a street cafe just a few steps away.

Great hotel for near the station, and central to walk for the castle, tribunali street, Spanish quarter, sansevero museum and cathedral. Bed very comfy, room spacious, 24 hour reception, friendly staff. It was clean and we felt safe. Short walk to the train station but not noisy at night. Air conditioning in the rooms.

The first impression of the street the hotel is situated is that it looks a little rough! Graffiti on walls on some surrounding buildings. However, it is a busy and great location across the street to the central train station where you can go anywhere from there. I felt very safe and so did my daughter. It is a real gem of a hotel. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel. Fantastic location, clean, quiet and the staff could not be more helpful!! I have been to Naples a few times and stay here every time.

1. Even though room was available and ready, hotel asked for EUR 15 for early occupation of room. Never seen this extortion anywhere else. 2. The room, locker and lights was to be operated by old fashioned physical keys, not the electronic type. All the three keys were put in one heavy key ring. If you want to operate the locker, the room will become dark because the key ring is to be removed from electrical switch. :-(

Location is great. Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room, linen, cleanliness were good. Overall, nice stay.

Tiny safe No refrigerator in the room, although there is a communal refrigerator available behind the front desk Physical keys to the room The Internet speed at this hotel is awful (1Mbps up/down) which is unacceptable by today's standards.

Neighborhood around the train station is a bit sketchy- don’t wander around there at night.

Proximity to the train station was ideal. And the price was right - I had to unexpectedly stay overnight in Naples because of a flight cancellation so this was great.

The room I stayed in (on the 2nd floor, with a window onto the inner courtyard) was quiet, much more than I expected, given that the hotel is right in the city centre. Very clean room and hotel. The staff were very attentive.

The furniture is old, the door lock was broken and it was hard to unlock the door (even we had to ask for somebody from the staff to come for helping us open the door). Water dripped from the air conditioner.

The location is near the train station and close to the airport. We only stayed there one night cause we came with the train and wanted to be close to the airport in the morning for our flight so for one night it was ok. The staff was friendly!

At first, we got a room without a balcony which was essential. But then they changed our room and provided with extra service.

Good location. The room was extremely clean. All worked well. Good bed. Sunny side. All workers did their best to help us.
