The location was further from restaurants and shops than I expected from what I read. It and the surrounding areas were very much in wind down for end season. The beach in particular had very little still available- no food, no water etc. Not the hotels fault obviously but it was advertised as 'their' beach. Also the hotel spa was closed

Everything was getting old and tired. Electic wall sockets not working. Bathroom had lots of water stains. Didn't always have hot water.

Large room comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly. Pool area was pleasent. Good breakfast.

The property needs updating and lighter paintwork in the rooms and it all seemed dark, the bathroom was not very clean and the mastic around the bath most definitely needs replacing.

The room was comfortable and had good water pressure in the shower.

Bathroom - didn’t like the fact it was internal with no window. Also didn’t understand the need to wear a swimming cap in the pool.

Room not well cleaned, breakfast with missing choice of cheese and no fresh juices (a pity as we are in Italy!!) Missing also a large flat screen

There should be a charging station in the room that does not automatically turn off. Parking was horrible, the signs designating the parking slots are impossible to see from your car. The pillows were horrible. More should be provided. We skipped eating in the restaurant for dinner , which was ok because of the many great places right outside the resort. But breakfast was very disappointing.

The premises need a renewal. Even if they are clean and well maintained they are outdated. The breakfast could be better. I am sorry but the lunch at the pool was a really disappointment.

The staff was really kind and professional. They solve an understandable problem to the room in 5 minutes. Outstanding

Room was dated and tired. No balcony in our room so, no real means to dry swimwear except for in the bath or dangling out of the windows - not easy when there are four swimming costumes plus four beach towels. Other than a handful of restaurants out front, you would need to take a bus or taxi to anywhere a little busier. Majority of the restaurants up the seafront are very seafood oriented so, great if you like fish - not so good if you don't!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pools were big, clean and well maintained. Swimming caps are compulsory - take your own or buy for €3 at the pool bar... Was off-putting at first but, does make for a clean pool! Grounds were nice. Car parking (chargeable) was handy. A/C was effective and much needed. Supermarket, bar and a handful of restaurants very close by. Historic Pisa is about 12 miles away - about 30 mins by car.

The strict rules at the pool. The fact that the resort was far away from big city's when you don't have a car to use. Not very much to do in evenings.

Breakfast was good, various choices. The pool was big and clean. The rooms meeted our expectations.

rooms could have been cleaner there were cobwebs and floor was a little sticky under foot. mould around bath tub and shower screen and the screen did not prevent water escaping onto the bathroom floor when showering. also the bathroom window very difficult to close. 4 people in a room and only 2 mugs, no teaspoons?? difficult to make tea /coffee if you take sugar. also the aircon was not fully operational- my sisters room was much cooler and mattresses very hard.

location and amenities, clean grounds welcoming - in particular the lady with the blonde hair in the office, very helpful and friendly. spacious room, fridge was very useful.

Hotel should be subject of a general renovation and maintenance - rooms, furniture, as well as bathroom. There should be a bigger focus on cleaness in the room. It is sad in-house wellness center is out of order.

Hotel is in a very nice place - 300m from beaches by walk - right next to Eliopoli center, 50m from Pisa, 30 min from Livorno by bus. Staff is very helpful and informative.

Rooms were a bit tired in bathrooms and flooring Bathroom tiling was mouldy and floors were excessively worn It was just these 2 areas really that let the room down

bathroom was the big problem and wasn’t pleasant and clean the toilet was making a big noise with water dripping nonstop and disturbed our sleeping time, and they did not respond quickly so we need to complain again, the balcony never swept and was left dirty, they didn’t give us all the information about beach voucher facilities, not responding quickly to your request. The air conditioner control was not working properly and if you need to turn it off in middle of night you have to go to the main switch.

Breakfast and dinner options extremely poor for a hotel listed as 4S resort. The rooms could need of a renovation or some TLC. Bathroom area had lots of mold, and the cleaning of the room was non-existent to superficial (basically do the beds and empty trashcans). Not the hotel's fault but be aware of the deadly mosquitos especially if you're sensitive to bites. Parking is non-existent especially during weekends.

Quiet hotel with lots of garden, like a campus, walking distance from the beach, room with lots of light, friendly staff. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beach "clubs" opposite where you can get a voucher for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds. Next to ammenities if some stuff needed.

The requirement to wear a cap in the pool and mould around the bath in the bathroom. No tea/coffee facility in room. Would expect that in a 4 * hotel.

We came for a quiet night to catch the ferry to Corsica the next day. Great location near the beach and about 10min drive to the ferry. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
