Shower wasn’t hot enough.

Location was good it was a big apartment

it was clean, vert well located (in between main attractions, restaurants and train station). We also liked the amenities

It’s not that I didn’t like but it appeared a little bit strange , the location of room one in the dining room , one near hotels toilet. The other thing is that at night we heard some noise from the outside but it’s not depend upon the hotel - young people like to go out at night , anyway it didn’t bother us because we were so tired and didn’t have time to hear the noise and complain , we fall asleep fast .

The location 5 stars! The room was very clean ! Small but if you stay for 1 night it’s perfect every thing that you need you can find , the value I paid for one night + breakfast is amazing, as a couple we really enjoyed and high recommend

My only real complaint was the amount of noise audible in the rooms. Not so much from the street, as there is no major restaurant or anything beside - just random street noises that you can hear. But more from inside. My room was beside the staircase, and i could hear absolutely everyone as they walked up and down, entered the hotel, etc. woke up several times because of it. Being on a business trip, this was a bit tough. Also, the bathroom is quite small - fine for one person, but if you are two then it may be a bit harder to manage!

The hotel is very well situated, short walk from the tram going to/from the airport and all major sites in Florence. Really a perfect jumping off point for a vacation. The staff were really nice and friendly, with a pretty standard continental breakfast of pastries, cereals, and coffee in the morning. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and overall good for a few nights.

There was a shop right below our window with people talking loud until late in the night. Also can hear doors within the hotel all the time.

There was one plug socket in the entire room and it was floor level and nowhere near the bed or a mirror. Created problems. The bed was up against the wall like in a teenager’s bedroom which you don’t really want for £150 a night but then it is Florence so you need to lower your expectations for the price point. Someone elder might struggle climbing in and out the bottom and dodging the furniture.

Location was very good. Just far enough to be away from the intense hubbub of Florence but in easy walking distance of the key points (10 mins to railway station, 10 to the dome, 5 to the market). Some nice eateries and bars nearby. Nicely furnished, especially the bathroom. Impeccably clean. Great welcome by staff member who talked us through where to go and what to see (and what to skip if short on time!) All staff friendly and helpful, including at breakfast. Thorough clean of the room each day. Really off the scale of any other hotel I’ve experienced. Some reviewers have moaned about the lack of lift. Unless you have actual compromised mobility it’s not a problem and the stairs are typical of a building in an old and beautiful city like Florence. In all we had a great stay, no issues, no regrets. Would stay again.

The air conditioner isn’t strong and could barely cool down the room which was necessary as we experienced 38° days everyday.

The staff were super friendly from the second we arrived. They deffinetly made this stay a better experience.
