The restaurant at night had a smaller service than needed to such a big hotel. We checked in at about 10pm and couldn´t get a table to dine. The location was further from the airport than expected.

The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We had an issue with the shuttle ride; there had been a reserve made by a big group of people at the same time as us, and we were made to wait for an hour for the next ride. We did not expect these organization issues.

The staff were all attentive and there was a shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. The room was comfortable and lovely, and the room service was excellent. We ordered a lasagna and a pizza and they were delicious. The bathroom was plentifully equipped and there was coffee and tea for breakfast available.

Too far from Milan to be a vacation base!

Breakfast needs more variety and hot meals

The immediate response by the recipients to pick up us late at 1.00 AM thru the shuttle at a decent rate. Also the behavior and warm welcoming always indulged us.

The interior a bit tired looking. Only one lift available, not sufficient for the number of guests. Gym facilities a little basic.

Friendly and prompt check-in. Large and comfortable beds. Large bathroom. 15 minutes from the airport with 2 petrol stations on the way. Excellent meals served in the restaurant. Great value for money.

The hotel is not very clean, there were hairs in the bedding and bathrooms

Place is a bit tired and could use a refresh (but I prefer it cheap so no real grumbles from me) We had five beers and 3 sandwiches which came to 60 euro. I was expecting half that. I could have checked first. If budget minded avoid the bar.

Its a proper big chain hotel - which i like when overnighting as no surprises and a good nights sleep. It was great value, location. Staff very friendly. Parking great. Airport shuttle for my daughters. Rooms great size and modern bathrooms. Aircon worked well.

Excellent service, quiet and clean room, great bathroom, very good breakfast buffet offered already at 4am. I was pleased to see gym and laundry room open 24/7. Efficient shuttle service from and to the airport. Overall, great value for the price I paid.

the bathrooms are now old and you get to hear noises of water, such as showers and flushes from other rooms above or to the side.

They didn't arrange for the shuttle from the airport saying it us full and I needed to reserve earlier and my room was booked the same day so no way to reserve earlier so had to take taxi and pay 30 euros.

Facilities

I chose this hotel among several options because it offered a free shuttle to the Malpensa airport. In their review, someone published a photo of the shuttle schedule, which was pretty much round-the-clock. Disappointingly, that schedule turned out to be out of date, and the first shuttle in the morning is now at 7:30, while I had to be at the airport earlier. A taxi ride would cost 30 euro. The hotel's employee offered me a "private car option" - which turned out to be the same shuttle bus with the same driver. The price was 22 euro, which I shared with another guest, each paying a passable 11 euro.

It's a good option if you need to spend a night close to the Malpensa airport. The room was fine, and so was the hotel in general.

Room was in need of painting and proper clean. Again black mold in the shower around the bathroom. A hangover from Covid but my room needed some refitting.

Staff were good and room very decent size. Shower water pressure was excellent. Breakfast and meals were excellent even when hotel was very busy. Would stay there again as it is very handy to my suppliers location.
