Excellent location between the historic centre and day trips from the bus station & train station and really helpful team on the front desk. We were recommended a brilliant restaurant close to the hotel which was serious about their cooking.

Location just 10-15 minute walk from Centrale railway station, staff extremely friendly and helpful, just another 10 minute walk to Via Etnea. Excellent breakfast with everything from home baked cakes to scrambled eggs. By Italian hotel standards, definitely one of the better hotel offerings. Room freshly renovated with an excellent bathroom and shower. This was a special occasion for us (40th wedding anniversary) and the hotel went out of their way to make it a lovely experience!

It's worth noting that certain areas nearby may be less safe for solo nighttime walks. It was known in advance that there wouldn't be a coffee machine in the room, but it would have been nice to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning or the afternoon (see the look from the balcony picture).

My recent stay at a 3-star hotel in Catania, Italy, was highly enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff's friendliness added a welcoming touch to the experience. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, providing a great start to each day. I also appreciated the assistance in arranging transportation to and from the airport (a paid service). The hotel's location near the old town made it convenient to explore many historical sites, creating a memorable experience. The overall positive aspects of my stay far outweighed any minor concerns, and this will be my goto hotel during my next visits to Catania

Hotel was very nice, very comfortable, and very clean, with helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was included and it was more than sufficient - a typical continental breakfast with breads, jams, yogurts, cured meats, cheese, and pastries, but there were also cereals and scrambled eggs. A selection of teas or coffee as requested. The hotel has an elevator, which is great if you have luggage and are in a higher floor. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the centre (Piazza Duomo). Happy to recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

The Owner/front desk worker was a joy to visit with about the history of this family owned hotel. The full breakfast was great. My wife and I stayed in a "triple" room that allowed extra space for suitcases.

The bathroom was a bit "tired" but usable. I appreciated the wooden bath mat.

Breakfast was fantastic! Accommodated my allergy and was delicious as well with many choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us with parking. The location was great for walking around Catania which was well worth the visit.
